Every time my phone goes to sleep the app stops working and I need to close the app and relaunch it. I even tried disconnecting and reconnecting directly in the app and that didn’t work 😭 I lost my remote and this is my only option but it’s driving me crazy 😭 Please fix these bugs!!!

  • Pressuring you to upgrade

Every feature you use ONCE, a pop up comes on the screen to attempt to persuade you into choosing between two payment methods to upgrade for “premium” access. Literally, every time I pressed the volume button… it would pop up on my screen. Chose to delete it immediately after downloading. Thank you but no thank you!

Couldn’t do anything, got a commercial/advertisement every time I tried to use it.
  • Heavy advertising and poor ergonomics

Control fidelity is poor with cursor. Trying to use any but the basic features triggers the advertising wind. The standard remote is better.

Supposed to be easy. Connect TV to your wi-fi, connect your device to the same wi-fi and connect. Simple right? Not so much. Will not connect. I only have one wi-if and it will not work. I even bought the vip version. Oh well that’s 20 bucks wasted.
