i wasn’t excited to use an app that would help w my adhd.. however you have to pay $44 a month of $199 a year to actually use the app. they have an option to apply for free use of the app for 6 months, but they said it takes up 6-8 weeks to receive a response, which is a waste of time..
  • Not worth the cost

I did the 7 day trial. It seemed helpful for the first day. I did not find time to try it again. First day was really helpful. The cost is too much for me to continue.
  • So far, so good.

Today was my first day, so I’m still learning the app and it’s potential. This feels like an app designed to help those who devote energy and time to it. This sort of change can be extremely difficult but rewarding. Updates as I learn more.
  • NOT a free app

    By Dorthyofoz
I was hoping I was about to find something actually affordable to finally get my ADHD in line, but this wasn’t it. After asking for all of your information and getting their little survey in do they mention it’s one of those subscription based apps. Annoying. It makes sense how they’re able to pay for all of their spammy advertising online.
  • I’d go for it! :)

I’m a licensed mental health therapist that learned plenty practical tips about ADHD here. How do you eat an elephant when you have ADHD? Still one bite at a time. This app is a snack, a meal or a buffet you can eat daily in a structured routine or return to when hungry and interested again - highly recommend. Pragmatic small bites and modules, wonderful (with human interactions from George Sacs who’s terrific ~etc.) live informative events on relevant topics as well as co-working opportunities with a facilitator . There’s low key community interaction platform that’s thankfully contained enough to not get lost in like social media and the additional availability of some coaching atvarious price points. There’s no way I give this app less than 5 stars. I think the change to blue/teal icon is good because pink isn’t for everyone. We all have mental health and this app is legit care. No app is a replacement for great personal psychotherapy but that isn’t accessible to many for numerous reasons. This app offers a powerful adjunct to therapy as well as a stand alone viable too to help support those of us working to manage our own ADHD lives. How would I improve it? I might create an option for accountability groups with a coach instead of individually messaging with a coach. This seems maybe too ambitious to provide sustainable structured coaching for that low of a price annually. (Also, I would not choose asynchronous text for group interactions as that’s hard for many follow.) I’d test zoom like formats with small enough relational weekly groups with break out rooms for two or three people to reflect a specific topic maybe-at a scheduled time with a coach facilitator running it. Anyhoo- I’ve sent many people to this app who return to me with rave reviews they don’t write here. One, a nurse, spoke of feeling understood and tearing up on break at a hospital on an overwhelming day, relieved to feel so uniquely seen by the apps creators. They were able to find some much new self compassion! Some of the participants in the apps community itself are even remarkably helpful. One recently suggested a (new to me) book that I’ll be introducing to a group I facilitate online! As I see it, our future is about fostering community service to one another. This app takes important steps in that direction on a mass scale. It’s helping many. I use it with clients and young therapists I mentor as well. Additionally, I’ve worked with eating disorders over the years and it’s SO flippin’ hard to recommend anything with nutrition or lifestyle advice on an app EVER- because it’s so common for apps to be a part of diet culture. I was so happily surprised to see a friend and colleague, Stephanie Brooks consulted in the lifestyle module. This app development team clearly takes the time and effort to consult with care there- How RARE and precious! Okay- time for me to go back to work and I have no disclosures or paid affiliation to say all this stuff. I’m a true fan of this app and all the care that’s gone into it. I’d go for it if your considering an app purchase- worth it!
  • FREE APP my foot

    By AprilO1978
I thought… Great… an app to help with my issues. Download it (all excited) get EVERYTHING I need into it to start using this “HELPFUL” app. Then they tell you it free for a limited time. They then hit you with the information that it’s like around $40+ a MONTH or $200 a YEAR to use it! How is that RIGHT?!?! Don’t tell people it’s a FREE app and then hit them with a HUGE subscription service fee! That is ridiculous! I will NOT be using or recommending this app. If you have that kind of money to use this app… you PROBABLY don’t NEED it. 🙄 Such a MAJOR disappointment. 😔
  • Created by people with ADHD?

    By RWGS1980
I doubt it, then they would’ve given you a 30 day free trial so can actually know if it’s worth anything. Give them all your information then they’ll tell you it’s $48/month! The developer will say you can find prices on their website... knowing full well that anyone with ADHD will get online and just get distracted. 100% regret clicking on this Instagram ad.
  • 200 for what?

The modules are long winded. The coach doesn’t respond in 48 hours. Tells you to make a morning routine but you can’t do it on the app. No real “tools” just a long winded module you listen to once a day. And a forum. Maybe I missing the hype.
