I love doing the work out videos on YouTube so I thought I would support her and get the app. The diet plans seems nice as you can substitute items since I’m lactose intolerant it’s a nice option. My main thing is the work outs. I love the format of them on you tube with the music and no talking helps me get into and through the work outs. On this app, their is NO music at all. Just the move to do with her voice over telling you what to do or next. If you want to have music, you must pay for Apple iTunes 9.99 a month in addition to this app for 19.99/month. I already pay for Spotify which I love so I don’t need or want to pay extra just for music the way they wanted you too. I’m trying to think positive but why do this?? Only way to have any music play during a workout is to pay another 9.99 making this app 19.99 +9.99 = 29.98/ month if you want music and not just exercise to complete silence or a few words about the next move. Disappointed. Not even an option to play video on the app with any other music from my phone. Also cannot connect from app to any device such as Roku like it possible with many other apps such as YouTube etc. If anyone cares to try and get this app up to speed with others since the charge per month is not small, this is why I had to review. I am also a woman but no kids and noticed there is way more advice for women/pregnancy. Could use fitness/diet advice Tailored to just regular women. Hope this helps as it is not a negative review for people to be upset about. I’m just laying it out there in case you are like me and love the Growwithjo videos that are awesome with great music on YouTube that I still love doing, can connect to my other devices/tv’s and would love to support here with this the app too if there were some changes.

Love this app! Has a bit of everything. The recipes and the app on the watch is awesome. I just wish you could edit the workout days and not have to start a new workout program. I’ve switched my days but on the app I’ve had to continue with the days I put in the beginning otherwise I would say this is perfect!

Sorry to seemingly being the only naysayer, but I can’t get this app to work on either my iPad Pro 2021 with 15.1 iOS nor my iPhone 12 using same operating system. Gets to the screen where you select the plan you want and just hangs! Tried to contact customer support and couldn’t connect there either.

This is such a great app! I started following Jo’s YouTube about 3 months ago and I saw such an improvement in my overall body and health. Then I heard about her app! The food choices are great and easy to make! You can tailor the food choices to what you have. I’ve tried a lot of the meals and they came out really good! The strength workouts are really cool as well! I like that I can put my measurements in the app each time and update it. You should definitely get this app!

I can’t say enough good things about this app, particularly the nutrition aspect of it. It has changed my meal planning and grocery shopping game big time. You choose your recipes for the week and it compiles your ingredients into a checklist, AMAZING! I used to dread meal planning but this app has made reaching my health and fitness goals possible! Thank you Jo for giving us the tools to be successful!

I downloaded the app after trying out Growithjo YouTube workouts. I’ve been putting off working out because I just don’t know where to start. START HERE ! You don’t even have to think about it just pick a work out guide and go ! The work outs are great I’m sore but well worth it. This also picks out your meals and grocery list for the week! Talk about not thinking just do ! Perfect for lazy people who don’t want to plan a work out routine and food.

This app is awesome and very user friendly!! I love the workout options and the fact you can change it at any point. You can also add your music to the workouts! LOVE the meal plan too! It gives you options to swap meals if you need to and comes with a shopping list. Jo and her team did an AMAZING job with this app. I’m very happy with it!! Fran D!

The interface for this app is great!! It’s easy to enter you data and use! If you struggle with figuring out what a good substitution for a meal or specific food item would be, this app makes it soooo easy!! It’ll give you options for you to still stay in your macros! I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and it just keeps getting better with every update!!

I love the app and working out with Jo and her amazing trainers. The only question I have is what’s the difference in pricing. It seems the same thing but one is more than the other. Is there a difference?
