I recently participated in a tournament organized by UTR Sports, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here are the key issues I encountered: Last-Minute Schedule Showing: UTR Sports informed me of my tournament time just one day before the event. This lack of advance notice made it challenging to adjust my plans. To my dismay, the rescheduled time clashed with existing commitments, leaving me in a difficult situation. Inflexible Refund Policy: When I requested a refund due to the sudden schedule change, UTR Sports informed me that the deadline had already passed. Their refusal to accommodate my situation felt rigid and unsympathetic. Communication Gap: UTR Sports failed to communicate effectively with participants. Timely notifications are crucial for players to plan their day and make necessary adjustments. The lack of transparency regarding scheduling changes was frustrating. In summary, UTR Sports demonstrated poor organization, inflexibility, and inadequate communication. As a participant, I expected better service and consideration. I recommend potential players to proceed with caution and be aware of these shortcomings.

Honestly a pretty reliable source of statistics that provides constant feedback on how you perform in matches, but dosent really measure much else besides win/loss

Need to be able to look up any player regardless of location. For tournament players, we travel outside 125 miles. No start times on bracket play No easy way to look up players within a tournament Bracket listings cut off on the description so constantly picking wrong group Information not in app but does show on the web site. Not user friendly. The gold standard is pickleball brackets. This app has a ways too go
  • Can’t see events-Terrible updates

It wont list my upcoming events. The search functions is off and on bad. Not sure what we’re getting for $10 a month, other than a right to pay $40 per match for little kids. The app is terrible now! Ugh.

After being pranked my the guy in promotion department, I feel very thrilled to say I see your prank as a form of enjoyment rather than a mean prank as it was. I think I deserve a higher rating, so in order to forgive y’all’s prank. I’m currently a 2.01, but y’all promised a 3.01. I’ll like to end this by saying, y’all are rude and mean, but I forgive y’all w that condition. Sincerely yours truly, Angel Valenzuela

The app is not very user-friendly. When I search for “upcoming“ events, it shows me past tournaments from 2018 and 2019.

The whole thing is great 👍 Meet new players, pay more for more information about your opponents, I’m okay with that but paying almost $45 for 4 matches (sometimes 3 or even 2) flex leagues that are setup at public courts by us, the players… I don’t know, I agree that this great idea has to be profitable, but at least the FLEXLEAGUES should be around 15 - 20 bucks
  • Don't use app for multiple children

Hello, I have used UTR on a browser for years for me and 4 children. When I tried to start using the app, it created hybrid children accounts. I tried contacting support, but they can't put it back to how it was.
