    As an older woman (76) I was excited to get an app for stretching. However, there are too many excersizes I can’t do as I have two knee replacements that prevent me from getting down on my knees! I will continue to do what I can til my month subscription is done.

  • Not very good.

    The stretches are ok,however the app is mediocre at best.My biggest disappointment is that the screen does not rotate on my iPad.I also cannot get to work on my iPhone without purchasing the app again. I don’t have this problem with my other apps.

    I have not realized how tight and tense my muscles were until I started doing these strech. I am using the free version so far, I do 5mns every morning which hurts because my mx are so tight🫣🫣🫣.

    I love being able to make my own routine. I do wish there could be an auditory cue though, maybe like reading out the name of the stretch, so I don’t have to look at my phone between each pose to know what stretch is coming next
  • Feature request

    This app is really great. If the developers could add the option to enable voice prompts so I don’t have to put my glasses on and look at my phone every 30 seconds to see what’s next. Also, another nice (separate) option would be to enable the app to read the description during the stretch and maybe a reminder to breathe, etc. Thank you.

    GREAT. Rehabbing from a back injury. Started out at maybe 10% flexibility now at 87%!! Injury occurred Aug 1 2023 and hopefully going to get to 90%. BEND HAS BEEB EASY TO USE AT MY IWN PACE.

  • Verbal ques

    This app would ne more user friendly if it had verbal ques. Some customers are beginners and need help with breathing ques and modified positions if you can’t quite obtain the exact pose yet! Verbal ques would be helpful to keep going daily and help reach your goal!
