the young lady with the patched tattoos and the “bleach blond” striped hair is so rude, she ignored customers and rolled her eyes 3 different times. she also ordered other employees to help them out and she just walked away.

"Finding" your nearby store doesn't work. If you tap the store, it automatically on the map picks some default one. Then after scrolling through every store to find yours, it says to check back during opening hours even though the store is open. Since I haven't had the chance to properly even use the app, I can't give it more than 1 star since it basically doesn't work.

Since an update occurred, app doesn’t work

doesn’t have sweeteness level and Ice level on all drinks etc. so even after ordering, I have to call in to edit my order. Unfortunately app provides more of an inconvenience rather than a convenience.

please add support for apple pay and you will have the best app for boba out there

I wanted to invite my cousins for a boba night and ordered 6 orders from this app. I ordered at around 9:30-9:40 p.m. and was getting regular updates of the drinks getting prepared, when the delivery person got them, and when it was arriving. When it was said to arrive, I went outside my gate to get it and was confused as I saw no car outside. I checked the app again and it said my order was delivered. I checked the “Track Order” option and it said it arrived at 8:03 p.m.?? I did not even order it at that time. I called the store and the lady was very nice and explained to me what I should do but her instructions weren’t what I can do. I did have an Uber eats but since I got a new phone, I haven’t been able to sign it to my account, so I can’t see any recent orders (already checked) so I can’t even put “Order Not Delivered”. So yeah just got duped $38 and honestly just disappointed with this app given this is my first impression to it. Never ordering from here again.

About the Subject line, I really think you should add a no ice option, and an extra sweet option. Other than that the app is perfect! :)
