SOMEBODY SHOULD BE FIRED!!! Like everyone else says THIS APP DOES NOT WORK!! IT PRE-POPULATES WITH INCORRECT USER ID THAT CANNOT BE CHANGED! DOES ANYONE AT AT&T ever read these reviews? AT&T is a sorry excuse for an Internet probider!
  • Works only in theory

I understand that security is important and necessary. However, it doesn’t seem like they had any user testing or quality assurance. Setting up a password is tough because the app doesn’t tell you how many characters you're at and won’t allow the password generator to generate a password. This makes me want to reuse the same password from any other account I know has similar requirements (defeats the purpose of security). I got a code to my email and entered it, then got an error message saying I didn’t authenticate. Bad app. Customer service experience went down as security went up. This is surprising since Verizon usually comes out with a major report for cyber security, but they themselves haven’t been able to merge security and a positive customer experience.

And I’m tech savvy. I’ve never before had so much trouble with an app. I hate it that ATT requires this.

  • Won’t Open-Terrible App

The heading of this review says it all. I downloaded the app, tapped it and got a message “Error…retry”. I’ve retried numerous times without success, so I deleted it and reinstalled it, but no change. So, I simply deleted it altogether. It just doesn’t work! Since having written the above review I heard back from AT&T. I was told a bee version was coming out soon; I was to wait about a week. I think it’s been at least a week, if not longer, but after today’s (7/26/21) continued failure I guess I simply won’t bother with this app. It doesn’t work at all! (I tried again today, 8/1/21, and it still isn’t working!)
