App is not working properly on iPads

App always freezes in iPad and isn’t compatible for screen rotation. Its Strange such an OTT platform has partnered with a novice IT company for streaming app.

I purchased an annual subscription to the Aha app last year, and it has been a deeply disappointing experience. Nine out of ten times, I encounter error messages when trying to play videos, both on mobile and TV. Despite my persistent efforts and multiple daily attempts, the videos rarely play. I’ve tried troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, but it has made no difference. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I feel that the money spent on this subscription has been a complete waste. It seems like there’s little to no value in the service provided, and I question the quality of testing done on this app. It should be a straightforward process to enjoy the content I’ve paid for, yet it has become a daily hassle. I hope the developers address these issues promptly to improve the user experience and provide the service they promise. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

Be careful with this platform. My credit card was charged 2 times. First I got the transaction failed message so I did retry. My credit card ended up with 2 times charge.

I sent out an email to restore purchase in April 2024 and till date no one bothered to address it till date. Pathetic customer service

When I download the movies in the app and when I re open the app and select downloads it showed blank i am unable to see downloaded content

It will throw you out of the app while watching the movie.need to refine the app

This is the worst app I have ever used. Does not work on TV, no matter what you do. I don’t understand what the stupid developers are doing with this app.
