I accidentally signed up for this app, thinking it was Find My affiliated with my particular type of phone. I noticed it within five minutes and canceled it. I canceled it with them and I told my bank it was also cancelled. They are still trying to bill me a year and a half later.

Worked fine for two days. Now won’t refresh. Have gone through all the suggested checks. Tried to send an email to Longwind for help. It flashes “something wrong “ and won’t let me send a link.

Thought there was a three day trial and was charged $70 plus taxes instantly. Don’t do it. It’s a scam.

I deleted app by mistake and so reloaded it but it will not allow me to get into the app without doing free trial or paying yet another $69.99. There’s no easy route to customer services or any contact details so they have my money and I can’t use the app now. You need to make it easy for customers to communicate with you.

Hello I went to use the free trial having the intentions of just using it for three days and then all of a sudden my PayPal account is charged $75 dollars. I would greatly appreciate a refund as I didn’t get to use any of the features of this app.

I purchased because my daughter lost her phone. A few min later my wife told me about our T-Mobile family plan that does the same thing. I have submitted for a refund multiple time because I never even set the app up. I spoke to someone that said they would refund me but after that they took the option for refund away. Very shady company!
