    asked for a refund , too much sugar for me they won’t give a refund because i tried this app before and got a refund so they won’t give another one. just another way for a company to rip off hard working people trying to be healthy. if i could rate a zero i would but you don’t even get that option.
  • Great, only one flaw I’ve noticed.

    I’ve owned this app for 6 months. The recipes I have tried are delicious. The layout of the app is beautiful and easy to use. It’s made my health journey much less daunting. My only issue is with the search feature under the recipes tab. If I search through all the recipes on the site for “dressing” for example I get zero results yet if I don’t type anything into the search bar and just click the filter “sides” salad dressing recipes show up. The search feature needs a serious upgrade. I need to be able to narrow things down so I don’t have to scroll forever to find what I need. Otherwise fantastic app.

    I was a vegetarian for a long time, I knew about FOK I got some of their magazines and did some recipe that I found. A lot of times I will go to the store with no plans what to cook, and I ended expending more money and waisting more food. Now, with forks meal plan I know exactly what we will have every day, I expend less money and less food goes to waist. Oh and all my no vegan friends are impress when they come and visit. We love it.
  • Do not use the Amazon fresh feature on this app

    Recipes are great. Like the meal plan and creating a grocery list. I was excited to use the incorporated Amazon fresh feature to instantly add all items to the cart without manually adding it, saving a little time. However, I have noticed it adds too much. I only needed 4oz of kale for all meals that week and Amazon fresh put in 16 oz. I only needed two onions it put a bag of 6 onions. You get the picture. This is suppose to help the planet and peoples health by being plant based but instead it is contributing to food waste on Amazon’s part by telling customers they need more food then the meal plan says. You could say it’s my fault for not checking but I assumed if forks over knives said I needed 4 oz of kale, Amazon would give me that amount or the next closest amount. Not an option that is 4x the amount needed. This app is great except for the connection with Amazon fresh.

    I love this app!!!!! I am able to budget and plan my food each week. It’s made shopping a breeze, weekend prep even easier and I only wish I had found it sooner. I feel so amazing eating these great tasting meals. My husband and toddler love it too. Everyone is happy, feeling less tired, and actually look forward to each meal. Thank you!!!!
  • Solid recipe/cooking/shopping app

    This app has everything. Grocery list, ability to cross off grocery list and still see what you crossed off. Pictures and reviews on the recipes. Instructions and easy measures too. They also have an export option to MFP if calorie/macro counting is your thing. Asp recipes are filling and goooooood. I never review apps but this one is just so highly functional and efficient I felt like I had to.

    If you are thinking about going plant based this is the easiest plan to follow. I didn’t have waste and so far all the recipes have been delicious! Even my omnivore friends love it. I always make extra to share. I already ate plant based but was tired of finding and organizing what to eat every week. Everyone idea of vegan isn’t the same….. now I don’t have to weed through recipes that call for lots of plant based processed foods. Building a plant based kitchen is probably the hardest part and you just have to accept that may take awhile. Pantry staples last a long time and all the fresh is easy to buy in the right proportions with this app. Love love love this app!!! I rate it right up there with my robotic vacuum! It does the majority of the work so I can enjoy life more!

    I have tried lots of solutions for healthy eating, including other meal plan apps, food delivery services and books. Always trying to find easy ways to eat healthy! This is currently my favorite. The app is very well designed, the recipes are easy and the food is delicious and makes me feel like wonder woman! I have to congratulate Forks Meal Planner for improving the app and the recipes (I had tried it a few years ago also). I could not ask for more and very happy to have this affordable way to plan my meals. 👏🏽

    Update! The FOK online Meal Planner is fantastic!!! The online platform IS stable…And now the app is also! I love it and it’s made the transition to a WFPB diet much more realistic, achievable, pleasurable, and yummy. I’m so glad I finally tried it after trying classes and books for months. Those resources helped, but I still felt overwhelmed at every turn. The Meal Planner has taken away all the planning, uncertainty and at times frustration. This is a wfpb diet eaters best tool.

    I would have given it five stars if it were not for a technical issue. It happens sometimes when I use it. I will open the app, look at my weekly meal plan, click on one of the recipes. I get a blank white screen with the picture on top. Keeps happening to me. Would like to keep the app. Not worth it if I can’t see the recipe
