    So far I really enjoy it. I’ve had to restart the workout la a few times but that’s due to the lack of discipline on my part. I liked that it slowly adjusted to harder workout and in time. I also like that I’m not using anything with the workouts juts my body. It feels great.

    I love this app- it’s not much money at all and for less then $30 a year you get somebody messaging you if you missed your workout and motivating you to stay on track—- omgeee I’m only a week in and hoping I will see results from this.

    The app charged my card without permission and without me even starting my training so disappointed I just got scammed and me thinking this was going to help
