How To Download Lockdown Privacy On Chromebook

If you're looking to Download Lockdown Privacy on your Chromebook laptop Then read the following guideline.

Lockdown blocks trackers and badware in all your apps, blocking an estimated 100 million trackers per month for over 300,000 people. — Comprehensive Protection — Lockdown has two privacy features: Firewall and Secure Tunnel VPN. Each feature protects you from different threats, creating the complete solution for protecting your personal data, browsing history, and sensitive connections. FIREWALL — Blocks Hidden Trackers: The world's first on-device, open source blocker that stops ads, trackers, and badware in all your apps. SECURE TUNNEL — Keep Your Data and Browsing Private: It's the no-logs, blazing-fast, privacy-first VPN. The only VPN to prove its Privacy Policy and be fully audited. — FIREWALL FEATURES — - Simple, one-tap to get protected against thousands of trackers for most users - Fully customizable blocking for advanced users: block any domain / service - Works for all apps, not just the browser - Useful preconfigured block lists that are updated every week - Blocking works "on-device" meaning it does all of its blocking without sending all your data to a third party server, unlike other blocking apps — SECURE TUNNEL FEATURES — - Hide your location and unique IP address with one tap - Keeps you safe on public wi-fi hotspots and sites - Stops spying from snoopers and your ISP or cellular provider - Ultrafast with over a dozen regions globally — TRANSPARENCY YOU CAN TRUST — - Other privacy apps lie on their Privacy Policy and secretly sell user data, even if they promise not to - To solve this issue, the Openly Operated certification requires apps to *prove* their Privacy Policy - Lockdown is Openly Operated certified with a public 38-page audit report, and audited multiple times by security professionals - View full OpenAudit Report: https://openaudit.com/lockdownprivacy — UNPARALLELED PRIVACY — - Open Source: Since firewalls have access to *everything* you do, it's critical that any firewall you use should be open source. Lockdown is 100% open source. - On-Device: Lockdown does its magic on-device and doesn't connect to any servers, or third-party analytics, or anything else. This way, everything you do stays private to you. - World's Simplest Privacy Policy: Here's the entirety of it (July 23rd, 2019) - "Everything Lockdown Firewall does stays on your device, so what you see is literally what you get, and nothing more or less, because that's the way it should be." — PRESS COVERAGE — - The Washington Post - Business Insider - Forbes - FastCompany - MacRumors - 9to5Mac - ZDNet - Cult of Mac - The Mac Observer - iCulture - iClarified - AppAdvice Follow us on Twitter: @lockdown_hq Send your questions and comments to team@lockdownhq.com Lockdown - https://lockdownprivacy.com Privacy Policy - https://lockdownprivacy.com/privacy Terms of Use - https://lockdownprivacy.com/terms — The Lockdown Secure Tunnel VPN subscription grants unlimited data and encryption through the Lockdown VPN service. • Doing good

Keep up the good work and this level of service.
  • Excellent blocker, needs an enhancement to block by TLD (top level domain)

    By caples,jon
I love the factory click bait blocking filters and the block by subdomain feature. It’s excellent at filtering useless noise at/with sites/apps like Reuters, Associated Press, IMDb.com and special interest forums like radioreference.com Enhancement request: let me block everything.xyz with RegEx, like *.xyz even just “.info$” etc.
  • Does not block in the background

    By EnragedMuppet
As the featured review states, this app does not work unless it’s open and active. This is a serious deal breaker imho. The developer response states that it’s supposed to work in the background, but on my device (iPhone 11) it does not.
  • One of the few ad blockers that I’ve seen that is free and still Works

    By mm kae
Overall pretty good app I’d recommend getting it if you are tired games have a ton of ads and it’s simple and easy to use just one tap of a button and bam you’ve just connected to the VPN or one tap of a button you’ve just thanos Snapped All of the ads in existence bad joke LOL
  • Works but mostly can’t feel it

    By nano kurd
So yeah it’s definitely working since some of website are telling me to turn of my fire wall (which you never shoul), but you rarely feel it’s actually working and one more thing…. I don’t think the custom URL working probably because I did add some URL’s and some of them were getting blocked and some of them weren’t so I’m assuming it was because the URL’s were from massive companies (which they were). Overall it works as it advertises it self (for the fire wall)
  • great quality

((check)) please keep up the fight for data ethics. companies like this are needed to bring ethics and practice to the forefront of data security to stop mining our info.

  • dream come true

works great and at the end of day you will be amazed when you see it blocked and lists the 20k trackers blocked. turn on backround app refresh and yoyr golden, even when phone in pocket or purse its blocking trackers from apps or trackers from the cookies in your browser.
  • Not for VPN’s

    By Spoons Kimble
Works fine for the firewall. I hate the VPN. When I’m traveling there’s time I want to turn off the VPN and just use the local services. Lockdown won’t allow that. It tries to constantly reconnect. Deleting configurations doesn’t help either since the phone will badger you with asking to add them back in to the point I couldn’t close the app and had to turn the phone off. I have to delete the app to toggle off the VPN right now. Would not recommend for VPN service. If I could simply toggle it off and it would STAY off it would be 5 stars.
  • A great mobile equivalent of uBlock Origin

This app is running almost 100% of the time on my mobile devices. Thanks so much for providing a user friendly mobile ad and tracker blocker that causes minimal inconveniences.
