    This app is nothing like what you see in the ads. I understand charges for the use but there were hidden charges for what should have been included in any plan. There is no trial period so the minimum you'll pay is $30. Save your money. There are much easier ways to try intermittent fasting than this expensive, complicated app. If you are expecting this app to live up to its name (ie Simple), you are likely to be disappointed

    I can’t even express my gratitude for how much I appreciate this app and all it has done for me. It’s educational, it’s gamified, it’s a timer, it’s customizable, it’s everything you could possibly want to get your life and diet back on track. It has even helped me do fasting cardio sessions and still have massive amounts of energy to get through without fatigue. Anyone serious about resetting their lifestyle needs to check this out!

    Just joined and I am encouraged that this will be helpful. I especially like how easy it is to log food. You don’t have to search specific brands and amounts. You just pick from the categories they offer and you are done. I only gave 3 stars because I am so new.

    Do NOT give this company your money. It’s complete trickery when you don’t want their product by changing the location of buttons to make you select the one they want you to choose. Then there is no back button to undo what you inadvertently clicked because that is where the button is on the previous page. Once you’ve given them your CC for the $1 trial, they’ve got you. Next thing you know, they’ve charged you $100 and won’t refund your money. I will be filing a formal complaint.

    I signed up for the 7 day trial period and was immediately charged $48! I contacted the company and was told it was for “pdf workbooks” and was non-refundable”. I never requested, ordered or received any workbooks. What a TOTAL SCAM!
  • Great app for transitioning from CICO

    I recently hit my goal weight using CICO and wanted to try IF to maintain my weight but not have to count everything. Tried like 10 IF ones including zero, yaxo, window, fastastic, fasting etc. Simple one hands down because: 1) it lets you set up your own plan. This way I can have a longer eating window on weekends, for example, or could even do one OMAD day. 2) it makes you track food but in an easy way, this way I stay mindful but don’t have to count calories. 3) perfect integration with apple health, most of the others did not get my hydration and weight info from apple health, this one won. 4) shows eating window time: hated that zero for example did not show this. 5) it is free. I simply downloaded it from the App Store and although pressed to go premium have not, so haven’t experienced those bad experiences premium users seem to! I wouldn’t mind the extra content but for now I’m happy with the free version.
