Moreover, feeling angry, anxious, down, or, the opposite, excited, and elated, is likely to affect latencies to sleep onset and REM-sleep. People mistake it for the symptoms of a sleep disorder, but in reality, they just may be in the wrong mood for sleep. - HOW DOES LOÓNA WORK? From the wake up and during the busy day Loóna will support your emotional states with playlists and immersive stories. Each night you’ll have a recommended sleepscape. A sleepscape is a guided session that combines activity-based relaxation, storytelling, and sounds in a unique way. Complete it to shut the frantic world out, reset your mind, and create the perfect mood for sleep. Loóna saves your sleepscape sessions to your Apple Health app. The upgrade to loóna PLUS provides access to the entire collection of sleepscapes. Our subscription options are: 1-month subscription for $12.99, 1-year subscription with a 7 day trial for $39.99 (price may vary by location). Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.     I have loved this app except for the constant repetition of most stories/sleepscapes. There have only been 2 additions since I joined about 5 months ago. It just gets so redundant, so I end up turning the story down and just color. I would complain to Someone but couldn’t locate any information to do so.

    I love this app, and it works consistently for me. After years of struggling with anxiety and insomnia, I finally found, in Loóna, an alternative to medication. This application is truly a godsend-the technical and artistic development here is genius. I had to give this 5 stars even though I find the fact that I paid for a year and have gone through all the content in less than 3 months a little disappointing. You’ve got me hooked, so don’t leave me hanging! Lol. I really thought about taking a shot at “The Dragon Shrine” and submitting my application, but the original is so good! If you ever want testers or have a focus group, I’d love to participate. I also have tons of suggestions for future sleepscapes.

    I’m someone who will stay up till 2-6am every night and still get up for work. I have learned to live off little sleep for a long time, but lately I’ve really struggled with being extremely tired all day and taking multiple naps. But of course once night time hits I’m wide awake. I’ve used this app the past two weeks and it’s the only thing that has been able to actually make me sleepy within 15 minutes. I’ve fallen asleep with my phone in my hand at 10PM. By far this app is the best I’ve tried, the stories are beautiful and so creative.

My first night of this app and I fell asleep within minutes of the bed time story it read. Amazing designs and graphics along with calming voices and sounds. Better than any ASMR I’ve tried
