  • Fun game- some spend money-bad customer service

    I really enjoy this game, but I’ve had some issues with ads freezing and losing energy because of it. I’ve also chosen to watch ads for bonus cards and after watching it, it gives me nothing but an the same offer so I have to watch an ad again. After several occurrences, I reached out to customer service where they asked for screenshots, dates and time, which I obviously didn’t have (who would do that without prompting?). The next several times I did screenshot which provided me with that information. After sending that and being told to wait for their response (up to 72 hrs), they then asked for more information like what level I was on when it happened and which phase. I ended up 100 times more frustrated than I started, between the annoying process of actually getting to the right person to speak with, all the additional info requested, and only getting rewarded I believe a total of 15 energy (worth 3 rounds), when I had lost at least 50 energy at that point (probably closer to 200 at this point) as a “courtesy“ because they couldn’t find anything on their end. I mean worst case scenario I wasn’t being honest and was just trying to get free energy, wouldn’t you think it’d be better to just give some free energy out when it doesn’t cost you anything than to be stingy when it’s real. I’ve accepted it as part of the game play, but will NEVER spend real money on this game. If I did and lost energy because of game, I’d be furious, and I know customer service would be zero help.

    The game is fun, but it forces you to go through steps of different mini games on the side. I just want to play the levels. I don’t want to be forced to sit through the random stuff that has nothing to do with the levels. It gets to the point where I get so irritated I just stop playing. I finally just deleted the app.

  • Not enough energy bolts to play very long

    I love this game but I rent buy energy or anything else and the energy only lasts for about 20 monitors and you have to wait forever for it refill. I just want to play when I want to play. I’d rather pay a flat fee for the game and not have to euro about energy and be just be able to keep playing for as long as I’d like without interruption's. Make a paid for game with no ads and no in app purchases with unlimited energy and I’m in.

    You’re not playing against real people in this game… so it’s all AI and the game always starts out fun and then you get dealt terrible cards for a while so you’re desperate to spend money to get wildcards… 1/5 I don’t recommend.

    I was excited when I saw a preview of this game on another game I play. I loved the first few rounds and took me back to the hours I would play with friends years ago. However, what I found is I’m lucky to get 20 minutes of play time with the way the game is oriented. Each round requires 5 lightning bolts, it takes 5 minutes for 1 lightning bolt to “reenergize” so that means 20 mins between each round if you wait. Even if you wait a few hours like I do and only play in the evening the max you can receive is 50 bolts. The rounds rarely last more than 3 minutes not to mention the number of rounds that I will start and before I get a turn the computer players have already ended the round so bye-bye game play. This evening from opening the game to the end I played 15 mins max and that was with starting with 45 bolts. I really wanted to play this game. I thought the purpose was to get longer game play but instead seems to be the opposite with this game.

    Only lost one star because I wish we didn’t lose 5 energy even when we beat a hand. At least only lose the 5 if you don’t win the hand.

    The game shows me an obnoxious ad every couple minutes. Usually one of those gambling apps like Bingo Cash or Solitaire Cash. Some free games have ads but the ratio is way off. Hard to enjoy.
