    It has a lot of pros, like: - The app can let you add other sports (like Tennis, Basketball, football.. etc) -The app offers water reminder -The app allows you to adjust your capabilities, like how many push-ups you can do -The app have a step tracker -The app have a daily streak, gives extra motivation -The app have custom workouts you can pick made by professionals. -Using the app is really easy -The app doesn’t force you to pay at all. And really tiny cons, like: -Sometimes for me at least, it bugs and ruins my streak when I repeat the month. -You cannot set custom sport when adding a sport in the calendar, like my recent sport I’ve been playing recently Padel. That’s all what I can think about currently, hope anyone who sees this review finds it helpful.

    The workouts are tough but doable. Good challenges and it ramps up appropriately. They don't take to long either. The water reminder is a nice touch too. Only complaint is that the reminders to start exercising come way to soon after you finish your daily exercise and come way to often. I don't want to turn off notifications though because I like the water reminder. Try it out if you are just getting started with working out.
