  • Terrible App You Have to Integrate

Zero support after multiple emails over 2 weeks. What they don’t tell you is even if you integrate your Fitbit or other device they force you to use the Apple Health app, which I refuse to do. Don’t waste your money!
  • Inaccurate Step Count

Buyer beware. I mostly enjoy the app, which is why I haven’t caused more of a stink. I like the structure to the walks and that I get to hit start and do what it tells me and not have to think about any sort of walk/workout programming on my own. For now, this piece has outweighed the issue I will describe below. Very consistently my step count is wildly inaccurate. I need to be well over 2,000 steps over my Fitbit’s step count in order to maybe make it over the step count goal in the app. I get that they won’t both be exact, but to be more than 1,000 or even 2,000 steps off is unacceptable when I have them linked. I will refresh the app at night before going to bed, it will show me I hit my step count goal but when k wake up the next morning, suddenly I am well below the goal and now it’s considered it a “rest day” and broken any streak I had. I’ve emailed through their support option multiple times now with no responses at all. Their customer support seems nonexistent. So if you don’t care about the step count being accurate and want to just use it for the guided workouts, the app is fine. Probably not worth the $25 I spent IMO, but could be worse.

Every day the steps are so different from my fitbit. Some days it says one thing at night and a different number the bext day. It looks like i never meet my challenge and i di. Seriously considering something different.
  • Can’t get into the app, but they took my money.

I’ve been trying to log in, but it won’t let me reset my password. Says it will send a link, but it never does. I’ve tried for over 2 weeks now and get nothing. I’ve also sent a message directly to the company with no response. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Just signed up and paid. Upon completing info for app, I am now asked to pay again. What is this? Why am I asked to pay same day I already paid?

Charged me for a year and I can't even login. The password reset isn't working and I can't find any way to contact them other than through the mail. Very frustrating.

This app does not allow you to cancel subscription. Do not subscribe because you will have to continue membership for life.

I signed up for 3 months for $25. Okay pricey put looked like something I could do with my bad knees. 3 months later $66! The workouts are not that great. Got noticed of renewal the same day it was taken out of my account. Should have read all the reviews. They do not refund saying policy and basically my fault but I can have a year for free. No thank you. Trying to get my money back with PayPal.

multiple attempts to get help- wrote here, sent dozens of password resets, emailed daily to ask for help…. Received only the same email so many others are mentioning: “Sorry, we are busy, check FAQs”. Gave up and went to payor and disputed charge. It was honored by my credit card company. Apparently “Nicole” was alerted because I quickly received an email “we are considering your request for a refund”. I had to laugh!! I answered back something along the lines of ….. “you idiots. You dont have to consider anything, it was already approved because your company is a scam” . LOL even harder… “Nicole” was offended by me being impolite. No response to ten other emails, I figured it was a bot! Oh a bot with feelings. Anyway, clearly this company had a recent crash of some type because many of us describe similar challenges. Oh yeah, I told Nicole that I hoped they continued to fail. Nicole didn’t like that either. But guess what? I still expect they will fail, based on the last couple of months- they obviously cant keep up.

I paid at the beginning and then was charged a second time also more than the first time this app should have it where you can cancel on the actual app and not have to email in to somebody to cancel this not happy that my credit card was charged $38 for something I have already paid for
