    Watching races is great and works fine but every time I open the app it asks me to update my profile. I try and get an error every time. Very annoying.

    Fill your boots and get you some! You can only ride your bike so many hours in the day. This app lets you fill the rest of it watching, learning and talking about bikes! #winning

    First of all, for a cycling fan it is terrific to have the race coverage that GCN+ offers. For me, it is the only reason to subscribe. In terms of content, the version with commentators should be left in the replay. Especially in cyclocross races, I will watch the women’s race live with someone like Helen Wyman commentating and it’s Greek at and insightful. If you watch the replay, there is no comment. The app on the Apple TV often becomes “non responsive” to the remote. You cannot stop the video and, after pressing the “menu” button on the remote repeatedly, you can exit the app but if you go back in, it is stuck. This requires a reboot of the device. Very annoying. It is a clunky app.

    This app is horrible. Crappy user experience. Can not login with Google having 2fa enabled. You guys rock in cycling but come on find a little better devs to write and test the app properly

    This review is for the Apple TV version of the app. The replays of races lack commentary, but commentary is present on the iPhone and Samsung TV apps. Review would be 5 stars if there was commentary. GCN+ is perhaps the best value in cycling and sports entertainment. Pair it with a VPN and you have access to almost every pro cycling race on the planet.

    Absolutely sub standard experience. Klunky klugie functionality. Who ever thought this app met any kind of a MVP for launch should resign.

    The app is horrible to navigate. No way to customize to focus on the content I am paying to access means ever use is frustrating and wastes my time, destroying my value for their content. App is so poorly deployed it is difficult to find the content I know is there. I would recommend using a vpn and just logging in as a different country user on YouTube over paying for this app until they rewrite the entire app

    Terrible UI design decision. Racing section is stuck in a loop showing a blank page while header navigation keeps animating over and over. Apple TV app is even worse, you cannot skip ahead more than 5 seconds. Stopped using it after watching two races. I switched to using the web version, which was better until a new update. Hovering over a race and having it enlarge is really annoying especially when it’s near the edge of the screen. The race image would go offscreen. Sadly, this is the only service to watch racing here in the US.

    I have two main problems with the Apple TV version of the app. First, it does not remember my chosen language, so every time I watch a race, I must reset the language to English. It seems quite stupid to me that the app cannot remember a selected language. Second, the app sometimes locks up, and will not return to the menu. Restarting the device does not always fix this, sometimes two restarts are required. Other than these issues, watching GCN coverage of bike races on my big screen TV using my Apple TV is great. 5 January 2023 Update: how about this as a New Year’s Resolution for the GCN programming team? Commit to having the app remember my preferred language by the end of February, and commit to preventing the app from locking up by the end of April? These problems are long-standing, and it seems to me that it’s past time they should have been fixed.

    I subbed to GCN + to watch the pro races this season and as a fairly new cycling myself I’ve learned so much in such a little time. Subbing to GCN plus as well was worth every penny. They’ve made my cycling experience much more informed and enjoyable. Even if you don’t sub watching their free videos are very enjoyable and informative.
