    For the last 3mo, the data being pulled from Fitbit has been 45min off effectively making the entire app useless. I appreciate the customer support (5*) but minus 3 stars for the dev and product teams who I don’t think could care less.

    I love the app! Super helpful to see exactly where I’m at with trying to get my sleep hygiene on track. I’ve found the tracking to be accurate on both sleep tracking and energy tracking. The app is very intuitive. Biggest plus is that the app not invasive with over alerting. And phenomenal customer service! Thanks Christian C.!

    Gotta say, this app is overly complicated and as someone who does graveyards as shift work, it’s useless. Thought it was tracking and after waking, found it it hadn’t tracked anything.

    I like the concept of Rise. It actually give you practical tips to improve your sleep and energy level. Most sleep apps only tell you the quality of your sleep without telling you what to do about. However the app has several issues. It’s fairly complex and isn’t easy to understand. For a $60 subscription price I would expect better user instructions. Most of the help articles are too theoretical to be much help. The app tells you in multiple places what time you should go to bed- smart schedule, melatonin window, widget, calendar entries, etc. They are not consistent in their information. I get messages that my melatonin window shifted but the time it gives is no different than the smart schedule. The wake zone is different than the wake time goal. The alarm is also cumbersome to set. I think you may get most of the benefit by simply going to bed earlier and staying consistent. Also it’s a drain on the phone’s battery.

    Super basic app, thought I’d canceled it but apparently not so I’m stuck with this $60 charge for an app that’s pretty useless. Also super inaccurate at tracking workouts which is strange since it just needs to regurgitate with my Apple Watch says. But always gets the wrong numbers / dramatically overshoots. Overall a waste of money, if you’re bent in tracking sleep I’m you could automate an excel sheet for no subscription price.
