I learned that my identity was leaked for years and I never knew til now.

I’ve been a subscriber for a long time. At random and without notice, all of my monitored data has disappeared. I’ve double checked to ensure that I’m logged in. I have no idea when or why this occurred. The loss of all data, hence leaving me with 0% coverage for ID security, is seriously concerning and I have doubts about this service’s handling of data, unless one of their updates somehow resulted in a deletion of data en masse.

Love the app. Very useful.

It is saying all my info was stolen... But it won’t even let me verify my email addresses that have been stolen and I’m doing it from the device I am using that I sent the request from! And I received it here on this same device too!!! So there is definitely a problem with this app already!! Which is truly disappointing and that makes me not really want to go further if I Alrdy have a darn problem on barely the first step!!!
