If you're looking to Download Breeze on your Chromebook laptop Then read the following guideline.

The app is based on several concepts from cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and contains four main features described below. With Breeze we give a user more awareness about her/his emotions and activities/things/people that trigger them. Tracker of negative thoughts helps to learn new habit to criticize negative believes and patterns in thinking. In overall, this helps to improve the emotional state of the user. In future releases, we are going to introduce tracker of cognitive distortions and provide advice from professional psychotherapist to help users to deal with issues in different areas of life. Mood tracker Daily mood tracker to understand which situations/contexts trigger emotional reaction. Create a map of your emotional conditions and be aware of people/activities that make you happy or bring you down. Negative thoughts tracker The concept of automatic negative thoughts comes from cognitive behavioral therapy. The idea is that even minor negative thoughts that automatically appear in our consciousness influence our mood and psychological conditions. We provide users with several interactive techniques that help criticize and fight such negative patterns in thinking. Tracker of cognitive distortions We give some useful insights into popular cognitive distortions and teach users how to identify flaws in their thinking and behavior. Advice from a psychotherapist (in future updates) Some practical advice from acknowledged psychotherapist — he will cover widespread topics and issues people usually have in different areas of life. • Eight bucks a week for this?

Deeply unscientific, poorly translated, and fails to offer results - and I do mean actual results. Apparently my personality is so profoundly broken that I don't have a temperament type. Then again, if the sentences were grammatically sound, maybe I could have answered more helpfully.
  • Very expensive and many things lost in translation

Let’s begin with the most important thing: after your free trial, the app is $8.50 per WEEK. That’s $34 per month. That is a ton of money: basically as much as cable television, but for a mood-tracking app. I’m not sure what I’m paying for here: it features quizzes (like the now-discredited Myers-Briggs personality type) that can be easily obtained for free online. And I found it confusing that in the “what are you doing right now” section of tracking one’s activities and mood, there is no option for “work” or “chores”! So, this app would be great if you are a wealthy heir/heiress who never works and you want to track how you respond to eating, playing, and hanging out with friends. I didn’t need the full week’s trial- I knew right away that this wasn’t for me, and canceled my subscription after less than a day. While I can appreciate that this app was clearly designed by someone for whom English is a second language, there are so many typos, misspellings, and mis-translations that it becomes distracting.
  • Unaffordable and inaccessible

Y’all- this app is almost $500 per year. It’s cute and all, but come on. Such an inaccessible price point.

I downloaded this a few months ago and did the free trial and when i went to cancel it because it’s honestly not worth $9 a week it didn’t give me the option and there’s no customer support so i’ve continually been getting charged weekly for months and i can’t cancel it definitely don’t recommend this app i’m absolutely disgusted with the way this app works.
  • Won’t let me cancel!

There is no where in my app settings to cancel my subscription. There is not even a option in my apple store settings either. I thought I cancelled it months ago but it’s been charging me almost $10 WEEKLY. Please don’t download.
  • Misleading advertisement

I feel part of the reason so many are upset is due to advertising on the apps end, I occasionally run across advertisements that say try for free, and sure I may not expect it to be free, however when you show a specific test, or someone using a specific feature thats locked behind a pay wall, i'd say there is an issue. Putting a try for free while also placing someone taking a test that you'd have to pay for is poor advertising, sure maybe you get someone to download it but it ends up being frustrating and misleading. Considering the app focuses on helping, it can be a huge let down for people to download an app, and realize they can't afford it and it's way too costly. I have downloaded this in the past, but not for the free features, and due to the features locked behind money I was fairly quick to uninstall. I only came back today due to an ad that was very misleading. Fix your ads for this because this app is not as free as you make it out to be. Once you do that i'm sure it'd be a lot better, because at the moment when I clicked it there was a lot of try for frees all over the site, when you only have a small amount actually accessible to people. I would likely retract my bad rating and review if that problem was actually fixed.
  • No point

All this app is good for is tracking your mood… you don’t have access to really anything else unless you’re willing to pay 9 dollars a week. This app really isn’t about improving mental health it’s mostly just a way for developers to make money off of people who need help. This app could be so much better if it decided to make its money off ads and make everything accessible. Truly sad
  • Nope.

I know that no one asked but you actually pay for everything not like for the whole thing but for each course or test you take
  • This quiz is a joke

Just to let everyone know. DO NOT TAKE THIS TEST. It will tell you that you are normal, and that everyone feels that way time to time and don’t overthink it. (To paraphrase).. I know it’s not meant to be a diagnostic tool by any means, but don’t go around making the results negative no matter what answers you put in (I put my truthful answers which should have given a likely, I am diagnosed) still gave me a negative, then to see if it was flawed, I put answers to someone who would be more severe than I. Still said negative. This might sway people from getting help.

I enjoy breeze a lot ever since I got it I’ve used it a lot it’s a perfect place for me to right down personal things when I feel bad or for writing down good memories I really like how you can add an image as well it’s very helpful I (putting it short) just love breeze this app is very useful and amazing Update: I highly recommend having an option that allows the user to get notified each day to write about their mood or something like that, I had a 90 day streak and I lost it because yesterday I forgot to track my mood, I’m extremely upset and it’s making me feel absolutely terrible, please add an update like this:(
