I signed up for the free trial and originally and liked the interface but wanted to unsubscribe because I didn’t use it often enough. In order to cancel your subscription, you need to send an email to customer support. After multiple attempts to email and cancel, they are STILL charging me. To the point I had to cancel my debit card and get a new number because that was the only way to stop them from charging my account.

This app doesn’t really help with anything. They charge you a subscription fee but when you want to cancel they make it extremely difficult. Do not purchase this app.

Don’t bother. This app may be a few download but 99% of it is locked unless you sign up for a subscription. They give you a free week trial supposedly but it tried to charge my card anyway. False advertising.

This app is crazzy you have to pay for absolutely everything and anything to do a test.. its weird

They are horrible. I have tried for months to cancel my subscription even before the free trial was up, and they will not respond and cancel it… but every month they take out $19.99 from my checking account. I have done everything they say to do multiple times, and still they will not respond to anything. I even went on and unsubscribed and then deleted my account and they still are charging me!!! I can not even get back into the account because there is no account now!!! They are just stealing my money

I never signed up for it used this app and am being charged for it!!! It doesn’t show up in my subscriptions and therefore cannot cancel something I didn’t subscribe! Infuriating!!!

I’ve been trying to cancel my account for the past few months. Online it said that if you delete and cancel your account that it would also cancel your subscription. 3 months later it’s still taking money out of my account!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE! POSSIBLE SCAM!

How do I cancel my monthly subscription. I signed in with my Apple ID and it’s asking for my email. When I enter it it won’t accept it. Please advise. Thank you, Shirley Murdock

This is a joke. If this brand/company actually cared about mental health they would make the most important aspects free, but they do not. I downloaded under the impression I would FINALLY get some help, and I have been let down beyond imagine. Do. Not. Download. They ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. We as a people who need help with anything mental, social, spiritual or otherwise deserve the help. THIS APP IS NOT IT. I REPEAT THIS APP IS NOT IT
