The app is based on several concepts from cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and contains four main features described below. With Breeze we give a user more awareness about her/his emotions and activities/things/people that trigger them. Tracker of negative thoughts helps to learn new habit to criticize negative believes and patterns in thinking. In overall, this helps to improve the emotional state of the user. In future releases, we are going to introduce tracker of cognitive distortions and provide advice from professional psychotherapist to help users to deal with issues in different areas of life. Mood tracker Daily mood tracker to understand which situations/contexts trigger emotional reaction. Create a map of your emotional conditions and be aware of people/activities that make you happy or bring you down. Negative thoughts tracker The concept of automatic negative thoughts comes from cognitive behavioral therapy. We provide users with several interactive techniques that help criticize and fight such negative patterns in thinking. Tracker of cognitive distortions We give some useful insights into popular cognitive distortions and teach users how to identify flaws in their thinking and behavior. Advice from a psychotherapist (in future updates) Some practical advice from acknowledged psychotherapist — he will cover widespread topics and issues people usually have in different areas of life. • Not worth the price of subscription

    By HelpTheMemes
Why should people with mental disorders or problems pay an unreasonable price for an app that might not even help or be real when they could get actual help and advice
  • No

    Immediately deleted it.
  • I don’t mean to be that person but…

The amount of spelling and grammatical errors in the quizzes caused my brain to bleed a bit.
  • as a therapist, no

    By NewYorkNewYawk
my clients use a lot of different tools to help them process things in between sessions. some are better than others. not this. The tests are illogical and misleading. if you want to make progress I recommend avoiding this app. if you already have problems this app is likely to deepen them.
  • over all pretty good!!

    By Ak_fal
very happy with this but i don’t like the fact that i had to be a premium member to get tests.
  • meh

it’s alright for tracking your mood and giving advice, but it’s absolutely ridiculous to ask for $8.50 per WEEK to take a quiz one time. i’d be willing if it were $8.50 a month, even $10 per month, but yea. no.
  • Just charge money for the app, instead of making a subscription that you have to use for everything

  • Can’t cancel the “subscription “

    By rkh1219
So had anyone else had a problem canceling the subscription?? They have NOWHERE in this app that you can manage you’re subscription!
  • Don't get it if you don't want to pay

    By Giraffe lover hi
Seriously, I like the message and point of this app. It has good intentions. But literally, you can't do like ANY of the quizzes/tests (a just a few) if you don't pay. Which honestly just makes me mad and is NOT helping my mental health, they could've just put more ads in. Or made something else cost money that wasn't as important.

I don’t see the point, unless all of this has been approved by medical professionals it’s useless, and why pay monthly when you can go get a real test(yes…you have to pay monthly for tests that you’ll only use once)
