I’ve had issues with my subscription and I sent multiple emails asking for assistance. It has been more than 3 months since I sent the first email and I have not heard back from them… So far I sent several emails to multiple email addresses they have trying to get a feedback, not luck for any of them.

Noticed a renewal payment through my credit card and attempted to cancel my subscription. Only received an automated email regarding my request with links that go nowhere. No webpage, no web site link in the search bar. To a blank screen. I am going to file a payment cancellation through my bank, and I urge you to stay away from this company out of Cyprus

I’ve really liked muscle booster and I’ve been using it for two or three month’s now, I think it is well worth the price but I would have gotten the yearly subscription in hindsight, but it’s way easier than planning my workouts like I used to, and your training plan is very customizable. One thing I wish it had is a widget for the apple Home Screen to remind me to workout and to be more accessible. Sometimes after a long day I’ll forget to workout and if I had it visible right when I opened my phone I think I would be more likely to go to the gym

Great app overall but as of a few days ago it doesn’t track the muscle recovery details. Been using this app for a long time now and it’s never done this.

I bought this app and no support has contacted me been having lag and spend all my time working out and it doesn’t even save my workout do i can monitor my progress. Truly for the price there are a lot of other APPs don’t waste your time like me 130 workouts in and now all that data lost because the app can’t keep up with the demand. Support does not even respond to emails. 1) music apps like pandora cause the app to stop all audio. 2) App does not save real time workouts. 3) App is missing work days and not consistent.

SCAMMERS!! They put me on auto renew and I canceled a few minutes after realizing it charged me. I didn’t even get a response from customer service. What a joke these people are.

This app seriously needs supports for iPad and landscape. The app itself is very hard to use on phone and when you do screen mirror it just covers half of the tv screen due to portrait mode limitation. I hope these two features will be added before my subscription renewal.

40 dollars a month is bonkers, this app is at best 10.

I was going to check out the app blindly without checking the reviews but something felt off, ever since the “This app tracks your data across your device and websites.” Decided to check the reviews and the first one was positive, then the next several (10) reviews showed the developers true colors. Instead of providing a fix, they vaguely mentioned to contact the support team to submit more details. The problem was, the reviews are an accurate representation of what’s going on in the app. Yet they want more information? One review mentioned progress is not saved unless the share button was pressed and the subsequent share was cancelled in order to save progress. A little glitch to “save” the progress from not saving. (Some of us want to work out privately and don’t have any interest in sharing our progress to friends or family. Especially not when it’s consistently forced) Another review, mentioned progress not saved even when worked a day in advance. (So this app doesn’t allow you to progress faster if you choose to do so at your own pace? Seems counter-intuitive) Another reviewer, mentioned the duration of the work outs used to be a certain time frame then it doesn’t recognize your preset setting and begins to do its own thing. All in all. I’d rather just go back to Jefit or StrongLifts app. At least those you have no issues accelerating your progress, jumping to other workouts or increasing or decreasing with it times.
