    I am on the last thing to start the workout thing where it shows you you goal how much you want to do and when you will finish but i cant get past that and i am struggling i want to be able to start tonight but if i cant get past the last thing when you first start i cant use this app. This awful for small screen users like me when you first try to setup the first part you cannot get past the last part.

    They are thiefs. They charged me 19.99 a month and I can't access my account. I have sent hundreds of emails and never received a response. Don't waste your money. Luckily I found another better and cheaper app

    One of the hardest things about working out is knowing exactly what exercises you need to do each day and that is why I love this app because I don’t have to think about it and I get a good sweat going it’s been really great I would highly recommend

    I informed the settings that I was a beginner and half of the warm ups and exercises are Not appropriate for a beginner. I also dislike that every day I use the app it reverts back to more intense exercises. Not Impressed with this app at all.
