This is probably the sixth time my bubble days have RESET after an update. I have to reselect my voucher every time. I should have over 600+ days but I'm at 1 AGAIN. I'm so tired of getting to 100+ and then it resets every time. It's so frustrating. I've had the same idol's bubble for at least two years and in that two years it has reset my days counter at least six times. It really makes me want to get rid of the app but the whole point is to support the artist. It's just hard to support the artist when I'm paying all this money but can't send more than like fifteen/twenty characters after TWO YEARS. I also have JYP bubble and that has reset once because I couldn't pay on time. I don't even use or update JYP bubble yet it NEVER has problems the way LYSN does. When will this be fixed? Two years at the very least of this glitch and yet nothing has changed. I've made previous reviews about this, I'm not even the only person to have made a review about this. The app developers clearly don't care about it's consumers so long as they get their paycheck. It shows.

The app keeps saying that I've rooted/jailbroke my phone then crashes. I'm using iPhone 15 pro max with iOS 17.2.1 stock. I haven't been able to check messages for a month and have lost access to all of my old messages from years ago. Please fix this.

I downloaded this app thinking it was going to be a normal app, an hour passes and I didn’t really know how to use this app so I deleted without realizing I didn’t logged out of the account, a year has gone by and I received an email saying if I give them my personal information and address and stuff, they’ll hack me, so now I’m writing this to warn people to NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP THINKING YOUR ACTUALLY TEXTING THE FAMOUS PERSON, IN REALITY YOUR TEXTING SOMEONE THAT ISNT THEM, PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD!!! I WISH THIS APP NEVER EXISTED!!

I tried to delete my account but there’s a message that goes: ”Please make sure to cancel your subscription in the app market.” I’m not sure which app market it is. I looked up the Apple App Store where I originally installed Lysn & there’s no option to cancel. Any suggestion?

I wish there wasn’t such a short text limit. I can’t even finish a full sentence. Then when an artist is on sending messages I’m only able to send 3 messages before it tells me to wait for a message from artist?! But I didn’t get to finish my message because it’s such a short text limit. 😑

Today, there was maintenance and an update. Yet the app is actually worse off. It keeps crashing as you as you open it. Please, fix this. I’m paying for this app.

I love the app!! But I just updated it and it won’t even let me have the app open, it automatically closes the app for some reason?

While I want to see posts from artists I follow, I don’t want or need an app that makes messages appear like a private chat. Or even worse, inserts your screen name into general messages that the artists sends out to give the illusion that they’re responding to you specifically. No wonder sasaengs are such a problem…
