    I got this app today and I immediately fell in love. The premium is a very fair price for the amount of features this app offers, and I didn’t hesitate to get it! I’m very impressed and happy with the app. The main thing I wish existed is if we can add the date we acquired the plant, and be able to add past pictures and notes of the plant. I only got the app today, but there are plants that I’ve had for years! It would be amazing for the app to have the ability to reflect that with self-entered data, instead of every plant having the same “plant age”. Being able to include old pictures (and the date they were taken) would also be fantastic, so I could have all my data in one place. Other than that, I’m absolutely loving the app and look forward to using it more in the future!

    Love that it reminds me when to water, clean and care for my many plants. Only complaint is I cannot figure out what to do if I need to water early…how to do that and adjust new schedule.

    I was able to correctly identify one plant out of six! The one it did identify, a Monstera, with a very distinct leaf, the alternatives included cactus plants that were not even close. Do not waste your money as I just did!

  • Please Fix the Scheduling

    I primarily use this app for what used to be one of its strengths- scheduling plant care tasks. But lately, and yes, including the newest release today, the schedule is unreliable. Specifically, it will add watering to a plant when you’ve not asked it to. It also commonly shows incorrect history unless you fully expand the history section. Pretty disappointing for functionality I paid for.

    I just purchased the app with hopes of getting myself more organized with my watering and fertilizing schedule, but every plant I scan is resulting with the wrong plant. I don’t always remember the names of the plants from the ones I have had for years so basically I’m scrolling through small pictures hoping to find the one that looks most similar to mine. Yes, I followed the instructions with good lighting, the entire plant in the picture and made sure no other plants were in the background and I still had wrong results. I’ll be requesting my money back for the year purchase it seems

    I’ve found that there are several plants that aren’t available, and there are no options for choosing which varieties of plants. For example, bush varieties vs pole varieties, which need different care. There’s also no info about germination. The subscription is expensive considering there are countless websites online that can give you all of the information provided in this app. Without forking out the extra money for the premium service, this app is almost useless. Every time I saw something that might be useful, I was met with more and more asking for my money. This is a great concept and I was excited to have a central place to keep my plant care organized and to get help when I need it as a beginner/moderate plant parent. But plant care alone being costly as it is, I have no desire to spend money on a subscription service for information that I can access with a quick google search. If it were a one time purchase I’d be much more willing to give this app a chance but I can’t justify spending several dollars a month. TLDR: it’s a good concept and might be nice for a busy person with a high number of plants, but is too expensive to be useful, and does not have much variety for plant types.

    It misnamed a lot of my succulents and didn’t give any solutions to problems the plants have. Waste of my money as I paid for the year with high hopes.

    I just bought a bunch of plants for the first time in years and thought there was probably a watering schedule app by now. This one blew my expectations out of the water and I immediately purchase a year subscription to premium. I’ve been poring over the care details for everything. Super impressive! The only thing I wish it had so far is care for seedlings/propagations. Maybe that’s too much to ask and I need to look for a different app for that but seems like a gap.
