I just bought this Totalav service for #1 safe on google today, but it could not instill to my Apple Mac. If you buy some things not from Apple store, It is NOT instill!

have no place to go to cancel, it tells you to go here and do this, but nothings there. I'm not paying $99.00 for nothing. I'll just take it off my credit care. Two can play this game.

I just downloaded this not sure it is even working guess it runs in the background. So far they haven't asked for money.

I am a surscrober. TotalAV has been sucessful on my Apple mobile products. Its been a nightmare with my MacBook. Downloading, install, functions and basic operation horrible. Supprt was unsucessful

This APP wouldn't open after what was supposed to be a free download - it better have been free. I sent it to the trash.

when you click on open there is an icon at the top of the screen you must log in. After you log in it will take you to the Dashboard. It will give you options as to what you want to do at that point. you can click on settings, connect to VPN, check for updates. It does clean your system if you sign in and follow the prompts. I do admit that after the free trial it does prompt you to sign up for other things. Just check because some of those things may be included in the plan you pick. .

bought it and ran it BUT! you cannot repair anything unless you purchase in use add-ons.
