Classic example of a crappy influencer business. I’ll open the app, on data and wifi, and it just shuts down. This app is beyond glitchy; I’ve changed phones several times, and it’s never improved. I’ve even deleted/re-downloaded the app (and was double charged!) with no success on fixing the glitches. I’m not paying for an already-rich influencer to cosplay as an entrepreneur/business woman; I would just like to use a photo editing app with great filters/editing capabilities that I’m paying for to actually work! You can tell the founder doesn’t really care and just wants the $$$.

Not the best and limited to filters unless you pay extra but still a good app I guess.

It crashes every time I’m trying to use it

I downloaded it and started the free trial for pro version. However even after I started it, the app will still block me from certain filters saying “start free pro trial.” Well, when I click that button to start it, it’s claiming “you have already started this subscription.” So then I go allll the way back to edit yet another photo, BUT ALL THE FILTERS ARE STILL SHOWING BLOCKED, AND THAT I CANNOT USE THEM UNLESS I GET THE TRIAL!! I checked my App Store, and it documented that I purchased this trial. However the app itself is not giving me the benefits of the “pro trial.” This is EXTREMELY annoying. I don’t know how this app has received all these raving great reviews if all the main features it is popular for aren’t even accessible whatsoever. I am begging for one of the app’s developers see this message and help me out because this really is not ideal.

big fan of their editing tool. it has serious elevated my content game

i downloaded the app and used the free stuff for years. loved it decided to try out the free trial, the entire week of the free trial the app wouldn’t even let me go onto it nor use any of its features. i was charged for not only the pro yearly $39.99 but also MAX for $9.99 which i already had that i’ve now been charged twice for. i was charged $53.00 roughly including taxes and the app still would not let me onto it. i tried looking up different information about what to do to get onto the app but online i was told to delete and restore the app which i did, now my issue is i was charged $53.00 for an app that now i have no abilities to get onto or use any of its feature’s because there is no sign in area to it. i’m so frustrated, the free portion of this app is amazing but do not make any purchases because it’s a scam.

I’ve had this app for awhile now and for some reason it has been closing the app every time I go into it. It’s been two weeks now and I can’t use the app I’m paying for. I reported the issue but playing the waiting game now I guess.

Tezza is such a good and easy app to use!! I love how there are so many different options to transform my photos into masterpieces 💖

What am I paying for? Used to love this app but it won’t open anymore. I deleted and redownloaded (lost all of my photos in the process) and am still having the same issue.

It doesn’t save videos fast like CapCut nor does it allow you to add music like CapCut.
