The app was not easy to navigate. Requested a refund and was denied. Customer service needs improvement. Took my money and ran!

I love the effects I can do with this app, but, I am unable to export anything I create, until I remove and reinstall it each time-causing me to lose all my previous work. I received no response when I reached out to “help” center.

If they actually added more features in the overlays

When I first purchased this app the selling point was weekly/monthly updates with new features. There has not been an update with new features in more than a year.

I can’t use the app anymore because it just keeps crashing! So frustrating because I paid $$$ for it when I first got it. So disappointed - please fix whatever is going on with it!

When people see updates a year ago the app looks like it won’t be around for long. That’s why I’m scared to renew subscription

after following app developers directions. i loose all my work that was saved over a few years. 👎 they didn’t warn me in advance. they should add more elements, effects and overlay options

After downloading about five images. The app no longer works, and I have to delete the app to get it to work again and pull it back on my phone and then I’ve lost all of my work. Never had this problem before when I used it years ago.

I just got this and love what it can do, but I put a lot of work into a specific picture and when I try to export it, it gives me “canceled “with no other information and I am unable to render my picture.

What is the point of PAYING for an app that never downloads the animations you create?!!?? I have to PRAY every time that the download will go through, and most time it doesn’t. Annoying and frustrating. I want my money back.
