  • Nothing but a money grab

    I began playing this game 4 years ago. The gameplay is nothing like what you see in the ads, but I enjoyed playing and made some interesting friends in-game. However, things in the world I occupied quickly became dominated by one group, then as worlds merged (3 times I believe) I came to exist in a world dominated by whales, I.e. people who spend *insane* amounts of money in-game. Like tens of thousands of dollars (and up). Attempting to stay active I unwittingly spent thousands of dollars trying to keep up - $50 here, $100 there, $30/month for subscriptions. When I would see the charges at the end of the month I would be ashamed - sometimes they would be more than my car payment! I finally became honest with myself and realized that I was wasting money because I was lonely, and when I added up all of the money I’d spent - not to mention all of the time I’d wasted - I realized what an expensive waste of time it had been and I deleted the game. It’s now been 6 months and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The game is timed so that you cannot be away for more than 3 days without being attacked and losing much of your progress (time and money), and there are shorter cycles to force you to be engaged on a regular basis. There is no cheap or casual way to play this game. The best thing you can do is stay away.

    This game wants you to spend money and if you don’t the players that are higher in level will attack you everyday until you spend money. Example if you are level 15 you will be attacked by someone who is level 30 and you will lose every time. Don’t be fooled into wasting your time in this game. They scam you using bully tactics

    Sinceramente el juego es más en gastar dinero para hacerte más fuerte pero ya los mundos tienen naciones que ponen reglas y solo beneficia a los grandes ciudades . En el mundo que estoy un c30 lo quieren como granjas no gastes dinero en este juego.

    This game could be really fun, but camel has managed to make this game extremely pay to play only. Everything is one big pyramid scheme and they have even begun lowering the pack output for the officers to make you buy higher level packs. This game heavily sides for the paid players. Constantly crashes during events. Force stops all the time. There are better places to spend your money than here. Run as fast as you can

    It would be nice to have an automatic “recover” instead of having to get in the city and click Hospital-> Recover. Timing spent so much when it could been save by enabling it automatically for members to spam on help. For instance doing Doom’s Iron Grip event, you have to click your city to go over and click hospital to recover. See how much time is wasted? Same goes for Mother’s Doom. There are a couple more like reducing the price sold under Specials/ Purchase/ etc. Why is the price cut so low for locked nations where they pay just for a fraction of how much we pay?
