  • Not Realistic or Tailored to Individual

    I understand this is a cheaper version of having a macro coach, and you can tell it’s missing the human aspect. For example, I’m a woman. I need carbs prior to my morning workouts and I burn a disproportionate amount of carbs post workout compared to men. Knowing that, I would put more carbs before and after my workout. Maybe 15g of protein before my workout and 30g carbs. This obviously doesn’t factor that in, but ALSO - it’s ANNOYING as all get out if you skip or alter the check ins. That being said, I gave it a shot and stuck to 100% of the app recommendations and I gained weight (fat not muscle), as evidenced by my body scan. Don’t recommend.

    This app though...I’m eating more than I was before and while watching the scale drop has been great, it’s the lowest victory. My bloat is gone, energy is up, lifting has improved AND it feels so sustainable. This app must have murdered my afternoon energy crash because that’s missing. This isn’t a diet app, this is a change your lifestyle and become mindful of how you fuel your body app. I feel empowered by the flexibility and stronger all the way around. Thank you 💪🏼

    In order to feel successful with this app, you have to dedicate fully to weighing your food, calculating your macros and setting fixed eating times. I had a difficult time. I’ve tried three different times in a span if 2 years. Minor successes but felt more like a failure.

    Super useful at calculating and suggesting macros to keep you on track for your goal and healthy. But it doesn’t stop there. You can also set your schedule and preferred foods and it’ll suggest portions for each meal. And also it’ll compile that into a shopping list. And also it tracks meal adherence.
