  • What app are these positive reviews about?

    By Kubicide
Edge on Windows is really good. Edge on iOS it’s terrible, absolutely terrible. Pages stall, slow to load, fail to go back, trouble playing videos, won’t properly block ads… I’ve struggled with it for over 18 months updating to every release hoping for fixes. But critical problems remain and seem worse at times. So why do I keep trying to use it? Because I’m familiar and comfortable with the Edge-like things versus Safari which I just can’t stand with bookmarks and other aspects. But geez I don’t know how anyone can rate this 4 or 5 stars and say that they actually have used it.
  • Little box’s of websites I hate that can’t be removed

    By Sundaeluv
Why are there a little icon boxes of website that show up under The search bar every time I click in it. I have searched high and low and I can’t find any way to easily remove these especially the ones where the company screwed me over and it was a nightmare trying to get a refund yet edge thinks I want to keep seeing that little box over and over every time I click search. it’s partially because companies like edge really don’t care about people it’s all about profit profit profit and zero concern about what customers really want.
  • Left wing fake news.

    By Carlos Horacio Guillen
I don’t know why they chose MSMBC, but this news so called fake news are what I want to see in the first page of my browser. A least Google don’t force anyone to watch left wing liberal news.
  • The Ice App, Always Freezes

    By The Horny Nurse
I used Edge frequently until it began freezing more often. I'll have to use something else. Frustrated me enough that what is a rarity for me writing now, writing a review. Too old to mess with nonproductive activities.
  • Works great, better than others for Smartphones

    By KyzerB
I started using this because I needed to transfer a ton of tabs from my iPhone to my PC, because I was looking at video game mods in bed. This can’t be done with Safari (for PC, but Mac is fine…), and while it can be done with Firefox and Chrome, I don’t like either on iOS. Edge has an option to even import tabs from Safari, and it made everything easy! I don’t even like Safari anymore, and I used it on my iPhone X for nearly 4 years. As for any other mentions, I love the widgets button at the bottom. It keeps the screen from looking cluttered.
  • Good browser with a few issues

    By Toa Of Justice
I enjoy using Edge as my preferred browser on iOS. Support for organizing and editing favorites and collections is almost equal between iOS and Windows. There's even support for some hidden settings via edge://flags. I also like the ability to scan barcodes and QR codes via the camera tool in the address bar/omnibox. However, I'm experiencing a few issues with Edge on iOS. ISSUE 1: Edge on iOS unnecessarily truncates default favorite names that are over 50 characters long. On the Windows desktop platform, these names are not truncated. The truncation makes no sense to me because there is enough room for the full page title in a favorite's name. I can copy and paste the full heading from a page into the name, and it saves just fine. ISSUE 2: At random times, my pinned top sites are overwritten with "frequently visited" sites. I tried to hide them on the new tab page, but they show up again when I tap the address bar/omnibox. I wish they could be hidden everywhere like on the Windows desktop platform, or at least never get overwritten. ISSUE 3: The ad blocker occasionally fails in Edge. Fortunately, I was able to make the ads go away by turning on "Strict" tracking protection, force-closing Edge, restarting Edge, and then refreshing the page. (Flipping the Tracking Protection switch back and forth also seems to fix the ad blocker.) I hope this issue is fixed in a future update, since the ad blocker is one of my favorite features. It would be nice to be able to use the ad blocker with "Balanced" tracking protection so I can properly view features like embedded tweets. Also, I wish the ad blocker worked in InPrivate tabs.
  • they force the news

    By KHoy93
personalizing the home screen does nothing. i turned off news and yet i keep seeing abc news and biden crap. i literally do not give a dam about the news. why are u forcing people to see this. i have news turned OFF for the feed. i had to completely turn off FEED just to not see it. same exact problem on edge for mac. its annoying. whats your agenda
  • collects data

    By kaitlyn2023
this browser collects an unnecessary amount of personal data. warning to all
  • Can't share links from Edge to iMessage

    By dkong96
It's a great app especially for those who used edge on their main devices (laptops,PC) but for some reason I can't share website links to iMessage or any other popular messaging tool. I used to be able to do it but after the recent update, the option for it went away. Please bring it back
  • This app is goo. But glitchy at times.

    By Eocampo52
I love using edge on my PC, BUT there’s always something on the iOS app that is annoying and cumbersome. For example, SYNC. It works when it wants to. Why can’t I have my tabs just show up on my iPad without me having to open up the the new tab page then click on history then see tabs on other devices. Like just let them show up. Then there’s the settings. Why do I have to have a tab open in order for me to see the settings icon. Just have it be there at all times.
