For some reason it will tell me my home network is suspicious and to turn on my VPN. This has done this for months but now will give the same notification even after I turn my VPN on. I do have to turn it off to use some apps which gets annoying as well.

I was hoping the latest update (2.92.0) would fix the horrible issues with the slow device security scanning which would effectively hold up access to the internet for 30 plus seconds each time I opened my mobile device. While it appears to be slightly improved in this update, it’s still a major hindrance. I don’t want to sit there and wait for the device security to run before I can access the internet each time I open my mobile device. I work extensively off my phone, so it would be great to see this remedied completely.

with 0 warnings. i am constantly having to log back into my account. why am i paying for something that protects when it wants to?

How come it doesn’t stay on permanently?

Having been the victim of on-line crime, I now have a Norton “ Guardian Angel “ on my side to protect my data and/or assist me if a problem arises in the future.

I find your service deceiving. We pay one fee but we do not receive adequate coverage. Then, like a shark you request more money for adequate coverage. You must raise your standards. Sherry Anderson

En la app para el móvil no puedo activar un escaneo general manualmente. El VPN interfiere con casi todas las aplicaciones. Netflix etc. y ni hablar de la aplicacion en la computadora, es lenta y desorganizada nada intuitiva y muy difícil de usar y comprender. Tiene casi colapsada mi laptop de verdad tienen mucho camino que recorrer y muchísimo que arreglar. Da la impresión de que no les importa en lo absoluto la experiencia de el cliente que es mi caso ya que pago por ello. Y además quiten esa exclusividad absurda con el explorador de Windows edge lo odio a muerte no lo uso nadie usa esa app dejen de fastidiar con el edge.

When the app is minimized and I open it it says attention needed and after about 15 seconds it shows protection then I minimize it again and it keeps saying attention is needed

But instead it means I can never connect. It spends forever “scanning” and most of the time I have to switch it off so I can use it. This is pretty problematic.
