    I have been a user of TIU for over a decade now, and the content on this app has gotten me through the pandemic and kept me in shape. But for some reason, today’s workout (Kettlebell Strength with Natasha) didn’t play for more than 20 seconds without skipping. I’ve now spent 20 min trying to fix this, but my WiFi is fine, everything else is working. I rebooted my phone, nothing. The only thing that works is to close out of the app, then it starts playing again(????) but when I open the app it freezes. So frustrating. I’m just trying to work out. Now I have to find a more reliable app to help me do that.

    Being a say at home mama to three boys and a girl makes working out hard! I never have time to go to the gym and focus on me. But with this app I can workout anywhere and I love it! So much variety and it has seriously changed my life! 💕✨

    I purchased the nutrition plan 10 years ago in 2012. At that time I was told that would buy me a “lifetime membership” that would include all plans, updates, workouts, challenges, etc. I just signed up for a challenge that is hosted in the app and found that lifetime members cannot access workouts or nutrition plans in the app without paying to buy an additional subscription. I am disappointed that people who supported TIU since the beginning would be left behind like this. I’ve always loved TIU so much and have previously thought very highly of their business. I hope this can be resolved.

    Ok full disclosure, this is the first app rating I’ve ever given, mostly because I’ve waited far too long to give kudos to TIU and how it changed my life. Probably overkill with the cheesiness, but I swear to you I RELY on their workouts. I’ve done a ton of their programs and credit them to helping me gain strength, better posture and better recipe ideas. I do barre and run regularly and so the best thing about this app is having so many varieties and options of workouts to choose from when I need something else. I never used to do yoga and now I love it. I also never did weight training, especially at home, and I’ve never felt stronger in my life. I also credit TIU to helping me drop 20 lbs before my wedding 👏🏼 All the programs, workouts and even recipes are amazing. Stef is the only instructor I avoid and only because her content is cringe and clunky and “just shake it out shake it out” said over and over again is annoying. I actually have tried to many times to restart one of her workouts and I have to choose anyone else, she just doesn’t suit their brand and lacks confidence as an instructor. Everyone else is great though, Kat is obviously a fan fave and I could replay her workouts over and over again without getting sick of it. I’m on round 2 of the 6:40 program (literally finished and restarted it all over again) because I loved it so much. Thank you to the TIU community and for helping me! You won’t regret spending the money for this app ♥️♥️♥️

    I’ve been a TIU lover since 2016 and it keeps me accountable in crushing my fitness goals!! However, I do miss the feature of being able to cast the workouts from the app to my TV using google chrome cast. I don’t have an iPad, just my iPhone and following the workouts on my phone makes it a bit difficult to keep up on a such a small screen compared to previously being able to cast it to my bigger TV screen. 😣 Hopefully this feature can be added back into the app! 😊

    Tone It Up made me fall in love with working out. I found them in 2020 and even though I do other things, I keep this app in my rotation because the workouts are killer and so much fun. There’s truly a style for everyone, with different styles, levels of intensity, and trainers who all have their own personalities. The nutrition plan is unmatched as far as programs go. I have a dozen of their recipes memorized, and enjoy every update. But sadly the recipes in the app are definitely not the best. So many of them are formatted incorrectly, sometimes the full recipe or ingredient list is listed twice, and others are missing key ingredients entirely. It’s really frustrating now that meal plans and recipes are rarely sent out via email. The social engagement is better, with the ability to connect with locals and follow one another. That’s key to bringing TIU to life. Overall excellent value.

    I have so many workout apps and this one is by far the best. So many workout choices, but also has programs with day by day schedules so you don’t have to think about it—just open the app, and jump in. Nutrition and menus tailored to all kinds of diets. And I love the trainers.
