    I tried to sign in with the verify code and it said “we send you the code” when I copied the code it didn’t work,not even for all the codes it sent me. 3 star

    Good app, but can’t get past their payment system, awful. If you do the free trial, when it ends it will keep trying to charge you everyday and there is no way to take your payment info off through the app without paying again. To do so, you have to speak with a representative. The person I spoke to was easy and helpful, but definitely super annoying that there is no way to do that through the app or website.

    I love Philo I originally got it to have access to OWN I won’t pay for another subscription I love being able to control when and where I watch. I don’t share my subscription but I’m happy I can log in and out of devices without proving it’s me who actually pays for the subscription. Like Netflix

    I love it , just downloaded it n already have my favorite movies. All time favorite shows , best thing it’s a reasonable price. Better than YouTube tv , it’s great . I’ll keep it ,great for watching your all time favorite shows.

    Did a free trial of this app, and while it has a great variety of channels and shows, there are way too many ad breaks. Plus, the ad breaks are long, over 2 minutes. I can’t imagine paying for an app with this many ads, especially at the ridiculously high price point they’re charging.

  • Doesn’t save your spot

    I watch this on my phone:. If I get a text message or something that makes me leave the app, not close it, just pop out for a minute, it starts all over again. I’ve been trying to watch a show for the last 30 minutes and it’s restarted 4 times. It should be left off where I leave it. Of course with ads it’s even harder to get Back to where you were. I feel like this needs to be figured out because it defintely makes me shy away from using the app. I only use it for one show and I’m about to just give up at this point.

    I got this app because I had currently canceled cable but I need to sleep with the tv on. I I always fall asleep to Friends and that didn’t seem to be on any app. But Philo has the channel it’s on. I don’t like being woken up to an app asking me if I’m still watching. I just want the channel to play through the night. And this one does. Sometimes. There are many nights when I wake up to the channel just turning off and I’m looking at a silent screen saver. And many times it will tell me I’m not connected to the Internet. But every other app is connected somehow. And I get the Try Again screen all the time when I try to load a show. Get rid of the bugs and this app gets 5 stars.

  • WORST streaming app I have EVER used

    This app is a total joke. I’ve used it 3 days now and had issues with every single episode I attempt to cast to my TV. I spent 22 minutes alone just tonight trying to watch one episode, before I just had to give up. I try to watch episode 2, it plays 3. If I try to watch episode 3, it will turn on 4. On top of not being able to function doing the bare minimum, it plays soo many ads, so you end up spending more time just attempting to set up an episode than you get to enjoy your show/movie. Don’t even use the free week trial, it isn’t worth spiking your blood pressure over.
