  • Calls don’t ring anymore

    By kittycuty
I use this number for business, and for the last few days the phone only shows a missed call; never rings. I feel disappointed in the downhill trend in call quality as well. I hope they are able to fix things soon. :(

  • Great service offering

Love that we can have 2 numbers in one place - we have 2 clinic numbers for 2 locations and we can access the Vmails from anywhere and answer calls even when away from the office!
  • Decent phone service for small business

    By Garrett12345678
I have an iPhone 7 and this works on my phone. At first I would get lots of dropped calls, but not after I moved homes. It’s still kinda glitch. All of the names in my phone disappeared. For some reason I can’t update my payment method so I can actually call customers. Stuck texting them for now. Not sure why texting works when phone calls don’t. I hope this phone service gets better because I would like to keep it.

  • Been working good, latest has broken contacts - NOW FIXED

    By MI Rocks
As of 5-25-2023, the most recent version 3.4.0 has fixed the issue. I have to add, that support was very good in keeping in contact with us via email, while working through this issue! Original post: I help my friend who uses this app for her business. It’s been working great, but the latest version(s) are not working correctly. All of a sudden, most calls and messages are just showing as numbers, and this is very frustrating. We have the phone syncing contacts, and we can see the contacts in the app… just not talking to each other. I happened to have a device with the older version of the app. It was working fine. Then it auto updated, and broken. Please correct this ASAP. Logging out and back in, did NOT fix it as support suggested.
  • Calls sometimes don’t connect

    By Mason Klement
Overall the app user interface and features such as call recording, text, and voicemail work really well. However, occasionally incoming calls will immediately show up as missed calls and not trying at all. Other times the notification might show on one login on one computer, but not appear on a login on a different computer. I hope that the OpenPhone developers are working on resolving these 2 issues because receiving incoming calls is a crucial function for any phone system.
