Very good product. Amazing for managing multiple phone numbers. Has all the features you’d expect.

I am dealing with bots, no real support which is ironic… I know. I guess I’ll continue looking elsewhere

Hands down the best soft phone solution you will find. This goes well beyond a simple voip phone app, it truly has the capability to provide a comprehensive business solution. Really impressive functionality.

They’ve charged me the $19 registration fee multiple times and keep saying something is wrong with my application.

My iPhone contacts used to sync with open phone. Now they do not. I am very troubled by this as I no longer know who is calling my other phone number!

Been using this product for the past couple treats with issues. It’s got the best features. Snippets, pinning, etc. But… lately the bugs are stacking up. Can’t add new contracts through the app, can’t pin the max number of contacts, etc. May just be an iOS issue. I don’t know. I’ve reached out to support. They are aware of the issue, but not giving updates on getting things taken care of. My leads are becoming quite disorganized since I can’t save contacts anymore. Looking for other options, but really hoping OpenPhone comes through with a solution. Too bad. It’s been a good ride.

I was concerned that Open Phone might not work well for our team in the US to reach me while I’m traveling abroad - but put any such worries to rest. Great connectivity and service.
  • Functions seems to not work / voice call issues

I’m not happy with the service. There’s always something wrong with the app. Usually the call often sounds muted. That’s a constant issue. Then almost every other week there is a function as basic as editing the phone book not working. It’s very frustrating. I wish they would fully test their app to rid itself of bugs before updating their app. It seems they always break something from the previous patch. Get it together!
  • Keeps putting account on hold

You claim to be a “business side phone” provider, but yet when my business makes phone calls inbound/outbound to handle the volume- you keep putting the account on hold. Never have any issues like this with sideline/index.
  • They never solved my billing issue

I had a monthly plan for which the payment happened through Apple App Store. My last payment was on June 19th. And then I was charged again on July 9th, which is 10 days prior to the expected date. I contacted OpenPhone, they suggested a refund from Apple. After I requested refund my subscription canceled automatically. And my question about why I was charged twice is still not answered. I want to keep the subscription and continue the use. But seems like the technical team has no answers
