I am convinced that the people at HiDive don’t actually use their own product. Their content is impossible to navigate. Pictures of a show with episode names, but not the actual name of the show, depending on how you access the episode, it wont actually link back to the series and you have to back out and then series for the series, no indication of if a show is dubed or not, like every single point of this interface on IPhone or Browser is insane.

The app does not work. I can’t watch a single show without being returned to the main menu after 30 seconds.

Super difficult to navigate, cant tell whats been watched, even going to the next episode if it doesn’t immediately play it’s difficult to find. Hard to browse thru anything that isn’t currently top 10 or being released. I just feel like with the examples of how streaming apps we have access to these days this one seriously needs some help… great database for shows from what i can tell tho

Love the anime that it has and it’s cheap.

Very disappointed right after I paid for a yr subscription. I wish they could at least put profiles back. And maybe the title of the show your watching in the continue section please please be better :)

I don’t understand why this company won’t listen to its customers. There’s a reason why this app/streaming service has a 2* rating. I do love that they tried to update/fix their old interface but they haven’t fixed any of the issues plaguing this newer interface. How are you going to compete with other streaming services if you don’t fix yours. If you would take time and read these reviews you’ll know what to fix. You could easily hire someone for a few thousand dollars to fix this interface/app/website. This is why your app/website/steaming service is not doing so well, it’s because you won’t listen to the people who keep you in business. I just don’t understand why you won’t fix this, it’s been months since your newer user interface/app/website. Just a few issues that I will list; still clunky; continue watching;doesn’t remember what I’ve already watched; no likes/rating;no comments like old Crunchyroll; interface navigation and many more. Just read your reviews.

HIDIVE has potential but not yet there. Need to follow crunchyroll or Netflix. HIDIVE services is not the best. What i hate the most is that every episode will not save setting even if reference is Japanese dub. App need more improvement.

There really isn’t much to say beyond this app is atrocious on the iPhone. There is no option to continue to the next episode of the show, it doesn’t sync up correctly with the tv version so your shows end up all out of wack, and when you save something to your queue, if you don’t save the whole show correctly then you end up queueing the individual episode. If it wasn’t for the selection I would just stick with Crunchyroll.
