Keep rocking on Campendium" - June Gilsenan-Ely "All of our favorite boondocking sites have been found through Campendium, leading to some of the best experiences of our lives." - Brendan & Sam "Since I work remotely I rely on cell signal, and Campendium is awesome at making cell signal a commonly reviewed item, so I know where I can actually stay! Plus it’s a great mix of free and paid campsites. and the site is so well designed and user friendly. Definitely my favorite campsite resource. Can’t wait for the app." - Tami "We would literally be lost without Campendium! It is the first place we go to find a campsite, and is usually all we need. The format for reviews is just better, and the cell coverage info is *invaluable* since we both work from the road. Jenericramblings loves you!" - Jeanette Hobbs "We cannot imagine full-timing without Campendium!! It is our first go-to for finding sites! Thank you!!" - Scott & Kimberly Shaw "Campendium has become an essential tool as I cross the country! I’m hooked...I couldn’t do without it! This past year on the road would had been a disaster without it!" - Scott & Jaime "We have been fulltiming for two years and tried many online camping aids. Campendium is by far the most easy to use and helpful service available. I’m using it today as we explore the Olympic Peninsula." - Jeff Lewis "We find that the reviews on Campendium, including pictures, are most helpful as we explore new places to camp. We especially appreciate when campers include their campsites with the comments. When we are looking for campsites, we go to Campendium FIRST!" - Jay & Debbie Rolls "Really helpful resource for information about various site options, locations and what to expect, from like-minded travelers." - ROBERT FULLER "Campendium is our go-to campground review site for a few reasons: 1) It’s so easy to search for free sites, public parks, or traditional RV parks, 2) we love seeing photos of campgrounds before choosing where to camp, and 3) it’s built and run by RVers like us!" -Mike Fischer Terms Of Use:

  • Nice water view

    By Aneatadee
Very happy with this state park. It’s a cross between a state park and an rv resort. A big plus is wifi and air conditioned restrooms and laundry and paved sites! The sites are nicely placed so you’re not right next to each other. We had a water and sunset view across from the restroom. Very surprised we had no bugs in July. There’s a nice pier and also trails and boardwalks along the bay. A great stop very close to visiting Mobile and Fairhope.
  • Great little campground

What a cute little campground. Lots of trees. Right off the expressway. Very friendly staff. They take you right to your site. Current rate of $40/night. Was great this morning to look out the window and see a horse in the corral. We just stopped for overnight but I would love to come back and spend more time in the future.

Picturesque campground. Pristine and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful camping experience. All the amenities you need: FHU level sites, laundry, heated pool, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball, nature paths, outstanding mountain and river views. 30, 50 amp sites. Tent sites also available.
  • No more favorites?

I can see my favorites on the site, I’m able to add campgrounds to my favorites on the app but I can’t find a way to only display my favorites. This app is pretty useless without being able to filter by favorites. Feels like I’m missing something but I’ve gone through every screen I can find and there’s no way to filter by favorites.
  • Biggest Database of camping spots

    By High Profile Reviwer
I’ve tried so many RV apps, this one seems to be the best when it comes to finding spots. This one seems to have the biggest database of camping spots.
  • Obnoxious popups

    By annieowens
Tried to use this app, after clicking on the second campground I found a pop-up flew up in my face asking me to create an account or login with no way to Close out of that windowuntil I did that. Deleted.
  • Invaluable for my travels

    By CobeyK
This is my go-to app and website for finding campsites. I always turn on the “free” filter and then start looking for BLM or other spots everywhere I go. I love that you can click a button and it will open up google maps with directions to that spot. It is also useful having reviews with photos and info about cell service in that area. I’m always doing random road-trips and camping this is one of my essential tools for making that work. Thank you for making this free to use.
