July 15: They charged me for bodyfast coach and I didn't sign or request it. July 19: still I don't have any answer to my request of cancellation and refund. What a bad app

Would not allow me to delete and cancel. Still reached on in and took my money. Filed a fraud complaint with bank. Very deceptive advertising. Do not sign up for this program.

A little harder to understand than I thought!

For the last couple of months, I have been wanting to lose a few pounds, and this app has been helping me. If you download this app, here’s is some things you might need to know: 1. You can fast for 1 hour and eat for one hour (Fast means you don’t eat in that period of time) 2. You can skip breakfast, lunch, and dinner to boost your fasting time 3. If you feel like you have to eat, you can change your fasting time so you can eat more I have chosen to skip breakfast because I think it is the most easiest one for me. I also changed my fasting time to shorter so I could eat more. I ate at 9:00 PM yesterday, and now I can eat at 1:30. Hope you enjoy this app! Stay safe! Hopefully it works for you.

They keep trying to charge u and u can’t cancel and no one reply to emails it’s a nightmare

I didn’t like the app and honestly didn’t understand how to use it. I requested a refund and they were very understanding and fair. Great service from customer support.

This stupid app won’t allow me to set my current fast that I have already started. It would only allow me to do a start time of now. Well I have already been fasting for two days and I want my current time. Might be a good app for someone who doesn’t care to customize their fast time but definitely doesn’t work for a long fast. I’m currently fasting for 7 days. I guess I will stick with the Life Fasting app that is truly customizable‼️

I’ve been fasting for years now and just maintaining. I would like to have some kind of meal planner or calorie counter. Nothing. $30 to tell me when to eat and not to eat. Got that down thanks.
