    I don’t know if anyone else had this problem but I tried to sign up 3 days ago and the message they gave me was “Thank you for your interest in Uber freight. Our representative will contact you within 24 hrs.” I have been more than 72 hrs nobody contacted and when I call the representative said that they have fast tracked the application and now they will contact me within 12 hrs. But nobody did. Not a good start Uber.
  • App Works, Support is Worthless

    We booked a load with them only to find out that the load was canceled while the driver had left facility with the load hours later and appointment had been moved several days later. Only thing you get from customer service is they have escalated the issue and nothing else, so we are returning the load to the customer because finally they came back and said they will pay layover and other minor expenses which really is nothing to have the driver sit there 3 days waiting to unload, smh..Uber boasts about its customer service but am yet to see it. How can someone based overseas know anything about what it takes to move freight here?? I have seen several reviews on here complaining about this same issue and now i believe it.

    For some reason I cannot log onto my Uber freight account on my iPad any longer only iphone. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times and every time I pull up the app it says I’m logged in but it’s asking me to enroll and even when I go through the process I still cannot access the app. I even tried logging out of my phone to see if that was the problem and still nothing.

    Thy supposed to pay in two hours after POD approved in my case the payment was sent 24 hours after( 46 hours after delivery) , about 10 phone calls and the answer from they was “ You will receive your payment ASAP”

    I am having a bad experience with the payment of the load that a supervisor does not want to authorize and they just tell me to wait two minutes to escalate the problem but they do not let me do anything else. They agreed to give me a payment for extra weight that I brought from the confirmation and that is what is blocking the entire load, load number 6892458417 I will go for 15 days if a coherent response is given and there is no party that can make the claim directly $1,650.00 just

    missed the appointment time set for 24h then 48h came I started freaking out then called them for new appointment time they say give them a 1hour. Still nothing after 1h now it’s 4 days I’m still waiting for appointment.
