    I had several friends who lost significant amounts of weight by fasting. I decided to give it a try and jumped in with Zero. I have really been impressed by how it’s gone so far! I have lost 16 lbs In 2 weeks. I love the goal setting functions. The timer. The education and the reminders really keep me on task. I love this app! I am going to lose another 25 lbs to get back to the weight I was in college. Thank you zero!

    The clock is super helpful for me. I tried the “plus” and it’s useless. The “ask a coach” feature is submitting a question that MIGHT get answered on a future article/talk. Overall a waste.

    I have been enjoying the free version of the app for almost a year, watching the free videos, logging my weight daily and watching the pounds slowly peel off. Was disappointed with one of the recent updates that took away my favorite chart. The monthly weight chart used to show thirty days of everyday data and now it shows only a few points, average weight for the last few weeks. Now I have to go to Apple Heath to see the chart. Can you have FOUR ways to look at weight, like Apple Health, both weekly average and everyday monthly are in there. Was recommending the app to others, but without the most useful chart it will be harder.
