    I can’t look at anything - or get to the help/troubleshooting/feedback area. The app closes before I can get there. Also if it prompts me a question and I answer as soon as I ope it says there is a communication error. I have used this app for years when I got my Apple Watch, now I have to go find another provider.

    I really enjoy this app, so much so that I decided to try out the paid version for the more detailed report. I am still working on that as you need so many nights of sleep tracked to generate the report. Not 100% sure I’ll keep using the paid version because the biggest feature I’d like to take advantage of I am unable to utilize. I want to use the smart alarm to wake up during light sleep, as I’ve used this feature in the past with other apps and I do feel more rested if I am doing that. Unfortunately you have to set it up on your watch, and for some reason the app doesn’t appear on my watch as one I can put on it. There is no way to set up this feature on my phone, so it’s not worth paying for if I cannot get the feature to work.

    The app has refused to run on three occasions and my only solution was to delete it from my phone and reload it from the App Store. This is rather time-consuming, as I have a LOT of data recorded.

    You people are asking to go premium way too often. I happens when I open the app and when I app switch back to the app like 80% of the time. Sometimes one right after the other. Just so you know, I have recently returned to your app after disabling notifications for a while, and my user experience is worse now. Please fix this. You are making it too easy for me to delete your app. I have no intention of going premium because the free features are enough for me. Leave me alone.

    I have been using the software for at least two years and I loved it. Now all of a sudden it will not stay open. I keep getting a communication error and it shuts down!!!! I don’t want to delete it as I will loose all my past data. What am I to do ?? B
  • Last update crashes every time

    This update is no good. Stays open for about 10 seconds then crashes every time after it refreshes. Please look into and update. And the 1 star isn’t for the app. App is great and been premium couple months now, but last update is unstable. Still crashes after update this morning. Would hate to have to delete and reinstall risking loosing all the info of the previous year. 😖 Now I’m even more frustrated 😠. Because of the crashing, I figured since I was premium that it would have saved My data from the previous years 😖so I elected to delete and reinstall. Of course it didn’t 😡. Highly upset at the moment 😡.

    I’ve been working on getting more sleep and this app has helped me meet my goals each night! I always see how j could be better and then it motivates me to actually go to sleep AND get quality sleep! I love that I can see if I slept well or if I had a lot of “disruptions”. Often when I eat too much sugar or too close to bedtime, that’s when my sleep is disrupted. So thank you for the information cause it’s helped a ton!!
