  • Too many mandatory updates

    By Bwahtimeforme
For those of us that ride primarily outdoors and supplement with trainer, required 5-10 minute updates virtually every time you open the app is infuriating and makes deciding to ride an annoying chore.
  • Makes Training Fun but Clunky Interface

    By MT894652179
There’s no question that Zwift makes training much more fun and engaging, but I find the app interface to be very busy/clunky - information is presented in a way that is not terribly intuitive and navigating various menus is not straightforward.
  • Great Concept - Bad App

    By 410Jones
I use the app a lot and will continue to do so because the idea is cool. But this is a seriously terrible app design. It makes no sense in layout, nothing is where you think it should be. The maps and graphics are counterintuitive and actually really hard to understand. Want to see how you’re doing in a challenge? Well you have to be in the middle of a ride to see that. Can’t check before or after a ride from a main menu. Why would you want to do that? And wait, there really is no main menu. Huh? Stuff like that all over the place on this app. Zwift, seriously, you have enough subscribers. Hire a professional developer and get the app right. Your idea deserves better execution than this.
  • Good Software, Annoying Updates

    By Dan512!
I’d like to use this software more but unfortunately there are constant updates. I log in to ride once a week or so and there is a 30% chance an update will be required. This derails my ride and usually makes me do other exercises. Developers if you can see this, please hear one customers voice: stop forcing updates so frequently. Do bigger batches of updates less frequently so your customers can use the product they paid for! Stop blocking us!
  • Makes trainer time fun.

    By Aaargh, Roly
Grinding away alone, even with music, is something I never liked. It made bad weather miles really hard to get excited about. Having others to chase down makes it fun. Racing is even better. Racing with team mates, while chatting on Discord, is the best. I don’t race IRL — danger and logistics are discouraging. But it’s so much fun when you can’t crash. And TTT’s are the best!
  • Zwift and real world

    By Greywalk
Last year I committed to exercise and as fall arrived began looking for a way to continue. Enter the various cycling apps. So downloaded RGT, Rouvy, Trainer Road., and Zwift. Purchased the required gear and began experimenting. First off riding indoors is not riding outdoors. No wind to dry sweat but also no bug to fly in your face. So I road trainer road first. Best part was the instructions while doing the training plan. Definitely a winner. The downside…just you and the app. I am a social creature so maybe a supplement but not a main. Next up RGT. Between trainer road and RGT…Trainer road. RGT had some good workouts but trainer road was more instructive. Moving to Rouvy. Awesome app…nice courses not a bunch but the ones they had were almost IRL quality. Just needed people to dodge, cars to avoid, birds to hear and insects to chew on. So if graphics is a requirement you need…Rouvy. I did have a few glitches hooking equipment but easily resolved. Finally Zwift, like the others I gave it a week. The graphics were a downgrade from Rouvy. But the social aspect, the group rides, and the large variety made up for the graphics. Then there is the network issues. Most of us have two networks in our homes 2.4 and 5.0 and with our phones three. Sometimes the companion app and the computer app were not able to communicate. But oh when they did the group aspect encouraged me to stay the course on riding. Final rating Zwift, 5 stars if I want IRL graphics…there is IRL rides. Rouvy, easy to use, great graphics will need to build more socially, 4.7 stars. RGT and Trainer Road 4.5. Really it is dependent on your motivation and your style of learning. End result is weight goal almost there…increase in FTP, group C IRL rides much easier this year am looking to increase to IRL group B. Ride on people.
  • Make Your Password Easy

    By NikonAddict
The program itself is great—the problem is that you have to sign in again to your account about once a week. Therefore, make your password easy to type because you are going to be entering it a lot!

absolute game changer for me with indoor training. 10/10. Do it
  • Awesome App

  • Horrible customer service!!!

    By Big Irish Daddy
You can’t speak with a live person. Have tried multiple times to cancel my account and they keep charging me. If you sign up, be prepared to pay them indefinitely! Shame b/c I liked the app when I used it and just don’t have a need anymore. Cancel my account and stop billing me please!!!
