It works fine and ui is simple and nice but it will nice if you add dark mode , it will help a lot at night. I have dark mode enabled , you reply to my review suggesting to enable dark mode but i’ll already have it enabled so i think you’re confused with dropbox app, i’m talking Paper app
  • Mobile app needs work

I love dropbox paper, but the mobile app needs work. It crashes often, it’s incredibly slow to load at times, and you can’t edit comments. Unfortunately it’s been like this for years.
  • Can’t adjust the font size

The app doesn’t dynamically adjust font size based upon device settings or offer a way to adjust manually. Despite being suggested by the users many times to support, the functionality is not present. Makes the app unusable in my opinion.

  • Paper is good but could be better on iPad

It’s a great application, but it doesn’t have text zoom or dark mode on the iPad. That should be addressed. The text is rather small on a 12.9” iPad.
  • Notifications settings

There is no way to turn off notifications settings via email. I want communication to stay within the app. I turned off all notifications yet still receive emails of tasks that have been assigned to me. They come in every few days.
  • Glitches and not syncing

Literally just opened and started two test notes. I start writing, there’s a glitch, and it says that the note I’ve been working on has been deleted. It then shows a page that says restore the doc to view it, and that the note will be deleted in 30 days.. after clicking restore it doesn’t seem to. On the main page it still glitches as waiting to sync edits.
  • Long Time Dropbox User Approves

A pretty good product! Used Dropbox for a long time and I love the new Paper app. It’s not quite 100% perfect, yet. There are some things missing on the iPhone side. Need dark mode for sure; please start there. There’s a couple more things I would like to see on the iOS side - like the timeline features. But other than these things, this is a great app. Always could use a speed boost, but not a deal breaker-just get your awesome developers to amp up their code a bit. If you’re looking for a good online writing platform, use this app. The website version of this app is great and does support dark mode right now. Awesome app to get your thoughts, plans, timelines, and other text adventures on “paper”! Thanks Dropbox for another great addition to your platform!

I’ve been using Paper for 3-4 years now. I switched from Evernote, and I later considered Notion. What I like about Paper is that it has a beautiful user interface and limited capabilities to procrastinate, messing with how the space looks. It's straightforward to use, which has helped me get everyone I work with to use it. My favorite feature is creating tasks across different workspaces, and I can still see assignments by due date or workspace. This feature has enabled me to give life to my strategy documents, as each tactic has a link to its workspace. In this approach, everything we do now puts at the forefront what we said we were going to do to avoid getting distracted with shiny objects. Finally, Paper has also been a great tool to document all our processes to facilitate delegating tasks and onboarding new team members. Finally, finally, I love the keyword shortcuts!

It’s buggy, slow and freezes constantly.
