    This is a great app if you’re looking to improve your flexibility or just stretch more. I discovered it from an Instagram app and thought it looked cool, but I was unsure of how useful it would be, or if it would basically be no different from a YouTube playlist of stretching videos. I’m happy to say that I am enjoying the app and actually sticking to the program I started. The seven-day free trial is great because you can really try the app out with nothing to lose. I love the structure that it gives you through the plans—being able to choose a movement (e.g., touch your toes, middle stretch) as a goal and follow a routine prescribed just for that goal is great. Plus, you can browse other routines and do those whenever you want. Customer service replies very promptly and thoroughly, too. Two things that I think would make the app even better are 1) including a list of the stretches done (maybe the instructor would say what the stretch is called when starting it and/or it would be written on the screen, plus a video description section with the stretches written out. That way, users would know what stretches they did rather than just being able to say “I did middle splits routine 2,” for example, which doesn’t convey almost any specific information about the workout. And 2) after completing a workout, when the screen comes up to rate the difficulty, it would be great if users could write notes too that they could come back to. That way, you could look back at your log of completed workouts and maybe you see you ended up doing the same routine three months apart, if you had taken notes on it, you might see that you said you were unable to do X and Y stretch the first time, but now you are able to. I hope these ideas are helpful :)

    Having lupus I have a hard time working out as I also have heart valve disease. Doctors say its a good idea to do light workouts and stretch it is the only thing I’ve been able to commit to and can adjust to my level! I really enjoy I can do it from home.

    The transition into different positions are to fast at times. One second she’s on the blocks the next pose the blocks are to the side and she’s already in another move. There needs to be time to move equipment. And at times you can’t tell how to bend the body. Too fast. I can do the movements. I’m talking about we will be in one movement with blocks then all of sudden the clip changes and the blocks were stacked behind her and off the mat already with out saying anything. So I missed - few minutes of the next stretch because I had to remove everything off the mat and get into the next move.

    it’s good but you can only join one program at a time. for example i was trying to do improve posture with hip mobility at the same time and i had to cancel hip mobility in order to use improve posture the stretches are great i just wish you could be in more than one program at the same time

    The app is amazing - for me it’s having a woman of color as the lead instructor. Just makes me feel (as a Black Caribbean-Latinx woman) like seen and representation matters. Regarding the app function it takes the thinking or competitive nature in me out of my head. It suggests stretches for me - sends me reminders - and also takes into account what stretching i have been doing to suggests new ones. As a competitive CrossFit athlete this app is exactly what I need. It’s helped alleviate lower body pain, helped me with my posture in my Olympic lifting complexes, and overall just given me my body back the flexibility I feel like I loose due to working from home lately. Great app, certainly recommend. Only feature I suggest is the ability to lower the volume on the instructor so my music can be a little louder than background level.
