    I paid for the app and attempted to watch the CIF state prelims and finals Friday and Saturday and it wouldn’t play.

  • Equipment reliability and maintenance needs help

    I’m not sure if it’s on the schools or NFHS to ensure equipment works but it is common to have issues with live stream not working, camera not allowing full travel side to side, cloudy picture or doubling when going from one camera to the other. Complaints to schools or NFHS does nothing and so disappointing to miss out on games and memories because they do not check the equipment in advance and when you report it, it rarely does anything.

    Good luck trying to watch a lacrosse game. They need to fix the AI so that it actually follows the ball. I mean can you at least focus on the draw circle. Awful. Don’t bother.

    Baltimore area video looks like crap!! Waste of money. So far away you can barely recognize players. Videos are blurry with NO SOUND. No music was playing at most of these games. The poorest video quality to display for sale! Can’t even see my child’s jersey number. I high key want my money back! Definitely cancelled subscription immediately.

    They showed my daughters game to be streamed. Im away. Wanted to watch. Paid. Now game is not there to watch. Absolute scam.

    Try to watch high school soccer in Loudoun County, VA and between the compression and blurry parts of the screen (dirty cameras?) my folks can’t follow the game half the time. You guys must do better and require schools to put in more effort in the experience.

    I’ve subscribed a couple of times to this service, and it appears to be getting worse. CS will fight with you instead of listening. But the app is the focus here: Two main concerns. It’s very buggy and often crashes (iOS and Roku) requiring restart and manually forwarding to where I was when it happened. Oh, and waiting for commercials EVERY TIME. Yeah, you’d think $12 a month (Netflix and then some!), would save u ads. But, no, you watch the same ad over and over for their service (which you already have otherwise you couldn’t watch). Talk about net negative marketing….. I hate the company more every time they disrupt their product to tell me about themselves, and the product they’re currently preventing me from using
