    Paid coverage has been off for 3 days and missed final match of Rome Masters 1000. Will cancel. Also fast forward does not work but once while viewing a recorded match. Haven’t had a good experience.

    I’m a recent subscriber and you have me for life! I started watching tennis as a teenager. I attended many US opens in New York. I started playing when I was 14 and that was 61 years ago! Please don’t do the math. I have been enjoying your channel every day since I subscribed. Keep up the good work. Joy. BL

  • AppleTV app won’t stay logged in

    The AppleTV is seriously one of the worst apps I’ve every used. The app constantly loses your credentials and forces you to login again through a painful process that doesn’t even work most of the time. I’ve had to retry login five or six times in a row before being successful, only to return the next day and be logged out. Pro Tip: just use the iPhone or iPad app and use AirPlay.

    The highlight reels are especially well edited. Live events are nice to catch in real time too. I want to have an audio reference of the players’ names pronounced correctly. I have heard so many variations that we could finally agree how they say their names.

    I started with a monthly subscription to make sure I like the app. At the end of that month I decided to switch over to the yearly subscription via my apple subscriptions. Somehow TennisTV never registered the upgrade and changed my account to a free subscription. I emailed them multiple times with the required proof of purchase, etc and I still have yet to receive any type of response 5 days later. I finally had to request a refund through Apple. Super disappointing because I was loving the app!

    SINCE SEVERAL WEEKS AGO I DONT HAVE HIGH DEFINITION VIEW. I WROTE TO TENNIS TV BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWER AFTER 10 DAYS.

    Its good because its the only one that provides the convenience of month to month service. The downside is: 1. Doesn’t stream any of the 4 Grand Slams. 2. The live stream tends to freeze a lot and you have to manually loaded which can cost you a few points missed from the game you are watching. 3. The forward button is so tricky to use that is basically non existing (say a game has started already but you dont want to start from the beginning but also dont want to go to where it is at the moment, it will be super hard to get advance/go back to where you want)

    I love this application. Very user friendly and it allows Tennis lovers to follow both live matches and much more. Would have loved if its coverage were to extend to Grand Slams.
