This app is literally a game changer for my workouts! I’ve followed Sam Sweeney and programs for a while now but this app is the BEST!! Step by step directions and videos show you exactly what you should be doing during your workouts. And she gives you daily workouts! Can’t get much better than that!!! Highly recommended for anyone who loves the gym and or is just beginning.
