  • Video chat quality is horrible.

    By Natter7
I’m paying extra to have video chat. You only get 120 minutes of horrible quality video chat. Not worth it.
  • Constant Dropped Calls

    By user071145678
Chat feature works as it should. Video chat is awful. Constant dropped and glitching calls. Sometimes there’s audio and sometimes there’s not. I’ve been in contact with support for weeks and still no solution. Have tried 5 different devices, 3 different Wi-Fi connections, cellular, Apple and Android and still is not corrected. After contacting the support email so many times all I’m told is : “We will forward this information to our development team while we investigate further.”
  • Not very functional and well behind other programs.

    By Texastar1000
The app interface is burdensome and difficult to use. The calendar feature could easily be improved to function like most other calendars. I would rate thier calendar as 1 star vs. others. Ability to add attachments is also well behind the curve of other apps. The app used to work on my MAC, though not very well, but now it will no longer do so. This is a huge weakness being relegated to only using the phone. For the cost there has to be better apps.
  • Aggravating

Would be nice if only the court appointment es person can use with cell number as my ex-husband’s wife is the one that has the app on her phone and does all the communication on the app which is not supposed to be that it should only be my ex and it is aggravating as 90% of the time he has no clue what I’m the app.
  • Horrible

This app has been nothing but problems makes me upgrade to use the free choice. Have to print the whole feed to get one message. Absolutely no support help. Most people in family law do not have 2 business days to wait for an email to address their issues. It’s all time sensitive. No phone number to call for support nothing. Worst app for this type of situation. I hate it. And will be switching as soon as my order is changed can’t happen fast enough.
  • Dropped video calls.

Constantly dropped video calls. Waste of money.
  • Stupid expensive court ordered app

    I hate this app
  • Video calls dropping

    By la doctorcita
We are having a problem with video calls dropping as soon as they connect, and in addition to the frustration it causes each time, we lose minutes on each failed call.
  • N/a

Courts do nothing about parental alienation when reading the texts. Terrible app if there wasn’t a narcissistic spouse involved. 90% women, 10% men. This app in my experience is pointless
  • App has to many bugs

    By EDnurseJarrod15
Great concept, but the app just spins when I’m trying to text communications. It’s usually quicker for me to use the website versus the app. I pay for the service. Once I find a better app I’m out.
