    I have been using Welltory w consideration of my hyperthyroidism It’s been awesome I’ve even asked for a promo code as I’ve told many others who are quite appreciative of an angel reminding us to take a step back and measure!!!

    Title says it all. Every five minutes a new notification telling me I’m stressed even when I’m not. Not once have I ever gotten a reading that I’m not stressed. I could pull a better app out of my butt.

    I am enjoying the extra insight into my blood pressure and heart rate and how this affects me. I use other meditation apps and websites that don’t register with you. I would love the ability to connect these apps and sites to this so it can register my meditations as well. If this change is made, I will update my review to 5 ⭐️

    Every time I open this app I am so overwhelmed with the unfriendly hodgepodge user interface that my stress level rises and I quickly close the app. Something tells me there is real value here, but only after they significantly simplify the nonsensical user interface.

    I would give this 5 stars if I knew what in the heck was going on. One minute I’m close to distress, maybe dying, then a little bit later everything is just fine. Sometimes I’m just to relaxed, we can’t have that now, then if I work out or do exercise I’m in the danger zone. Half of my metrics will say I’m ok the other half suggest impending death, so how can I be ok according to some metrics and not ok with others? This would be informative but it’s all over the place so I don’t know, at night it seems to suggest I’m ok, unless I’m not stressed enough, I just wish it would make up its mind 🤷‍♀️. I don’t understand the high stress levels with everyday life, I don’t usually feel bad when it says I should feel bad. It’s just very confusing 🥺.

    The app runs seamlessly with The Apple Watch and it’s very easy to install. It’s highly regarded, and IMO, totally worth the premium plan. If you own an Apple Watch, you can use the app to take measurements, which Welltory app will then update your health app. If you are an athlete, I would highly endorse this app!
